M&L complete removal of existing treatment, preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil emlusion distemper over a coat alkali primer over 3mm thick wall care putty on the existing surface and including necessary scaffolding any height complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note after painting ,cleaning of all floors,glass & furniture by own arrangement).

All as item No 2 above but on ceiling complete.

Material & Labour for preparing old plastered / decorated surface of wall including cornices etc by brooming down and applying two coat of oil bound distemper with smooth roller finish ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. (Note after painting cleaning of all floors,glass & furniture by own arrangement).

All as item No 4 above but on ceiling complete.

M&L for Coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick , set and jointed in neat cement paste and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square /rectangular ) polished dark shade, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floor etc. set and jointed in neet cement slurry and pointed white or coloured cement to match the dark shade of the tiles including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto- as per item No. 22 here-in-before but as in skirting including 10mm thick rendering in CM. 1:4 as backing coat etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any descriptionn or thickness kin floors, aprons etc.

M&L for 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.

M&L Marble Baroda green 18 to 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polishing) as in skirting/dado/ window cills/ jambs, vertical surface over cement rendering and jointed with grey cement,over and including screed bed of 15mm thick in CM 1:4,including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with the shade of marble and making nosing at right angle corner as directed by Engr-in-charge complete.

Extra over granite stone slabs for edge polishing/ chamfering/ noising/ grooves/ bevelling etc complete all as specified and directed.
