COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE INCLUDING B/R AND E/M WORKS, NATURE OF WKS I.E ROOF TREATMENT JOINEY, TILING, PERIODICAL SERVICES, SEWAGE LINE AND OTHER MISC B/R WKS AND INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WKS AT NCC OTA KAMPTEE.

Taking down existing water proofing treatment including PCC padding, mortar etc and disposal of rubbish outside of MD land and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for provision of water proofing treatment by using APP torch on non woven polyster film reinforcement with 3 mm thick and weight not less than 3.00 kg/sq m over roof and vertical surfaces including preparation of surfaces and applying oil based bituminous primer coat @ 0.30 ltr per sqm on clean and dry surface and then providing APP membrane laid with 100 mm over lap on both sides all as per manufacturer's instructions including 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 with WPC and two coat of aluminium paint of 0.2Kg/Sqm over membrane complete all as specified and directed.

S&F toughned glass 12 mm thick as in hinged doors, partition automatic doors and similar work incl cutting to shape ,drilling holes , inculding lock and handle SS reqd complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast con-crete articles complete all as specified and directed

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks (using old size brick) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement Plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., including removal of debris, complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with CM 1:6 on internal walls finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 and finished fair and even complete all specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces plastered or unplastered new surface of wall by washing, rubbing down and stopping of surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint on walls complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling old structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.
