Upgradation and Improvement of Rangas Jeehan Baldook road in Tehsil Nadaun District Hamirpur from km 0/00 to 7/746

Excavation in earth work in hilly area in all heights and depths in all kind of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of mixed soil, ordinary rock and hard rock all work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damage to hill side,water pollution, etcetra and to protect stability of hill side track shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). all earth work in cutting/excavation including rock excavation shallbe carried,out true tolines,grades,side slopes, width, camber super-elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge,in conformit with the requirement of MORD technical specification 2014 (two thousand fourteen) for Rural Road. clause 300, 1603 (three hundred, one thousand six hundred three) of General conditions for contract to achieve designed formation width including hauling and stacking of material useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal & dumping to be arranged by the contractor of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner,trimming,filling of unevenness,blindage and finishing of the road to specified dimensions or as directed by the Engineer -in -Charge for smooth riding. The recovery for stones,whether useful or not, for 326.08 cum(three hundred twenty six point zero eight cubic metre) in all cases,@ rupees 300/- only(Rupees three hundred only) per cubic meter shall be effected on pro- rata basis. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of excavation shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall compensated by him in all cases. Clearing and grubbing road by Manual Means in area of non-thorny jungle land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300mm(Three hundred millimetre), removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m (one thousand metre) including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm(one hundred fifty millimetre) in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201. and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals . Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 (fourty three) grade ordinar port land cement M-30 (M-thirty) (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm (twenty five millimetre), mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum (zero point two cubic metre) capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 (one hundred twenty five) micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs , using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and MORTH Technical Specification section 1501 and as per directions of Engineer- in- Charge including entire carriage of material with in all leads , lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive octrol, royality,Malkana, toll tax, or other taxes, but excluding GST imposed by Government.

Providing and laying factory made 80mm (Eighty millimetre) thick cement concrete paver block of M-40 (M-forty) grade with approved colour, design and pattern (NTC make ISI marked) chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etcetra of required strength, thickness and size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour and pattern over 50mm thick (fifty millimetre) compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive octrol, royality,Malkana, toll tax, or other taxes, but excluding GST imposed by Government.
