Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects including cost of all materials, T&P, labour, cartage for proper completion of work as per direction of Enginee-in-Charges. Providing & Applying Tack Coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30Kg/Sqm. On the prepared primed granular/old painted surface. Cleaned with air compressor. Including all Taxes, Material, Labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. (For Bituminous Surface). (Chapter No.20 Si No.9)

Providing and laying bituminous concrete (Grading-II) with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 as per approved job mix formula which ever is higher of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification 5th revision clause No. 509 complete in all respects including cost of all materials, T&P, labour, cartage for proper completion of work as per direction of Enginee-in-Charges. Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectrosing Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface. Providing & Laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflecto rising glass beads @ 250gm/Sqm. Area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass, beads as per I.R.C. 35. The finish surface to be level uniform and free form steaks and holes composition of thermoplastic material shall be as per table 800-3 of clause 803 of MORTH including cost of work as per direction E/IC.
