Brick soling with picked jhama bricks including preparation of bed as necessary with brick joints properly filled in and packed with powdered earth and including necessary cushion of similar material below the soling (and in between layers when more than one layer is used) completes as per direction. Hire and labour charges for Shuttering with or without staging upto 4.0 m height using approved stout props with wooden planks/ply wood/steelsheet plate with required bracing for any kind of plain or reinforced concrete works in all sorts of minor structure including culvert, box culvert, crossdrain etc. The rate is inclusive of fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of work as per specification and direction. (b) Where staging is not required.

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work) (a) With earth obtained from excavation of foundation

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. (a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm.

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work) (a) With earth obtained from excavation of foundation

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction. a) For works in foundation and upto roof of ground floor/upto 4 m (i) Tor steel/Mild Steel II. Supplying and laying Polythene Sheet (150gm / sq.m.) over damp proof course or below flooring or roof terracing or in foundation or in foundation trenches..

Artificial stone in floor, dado, staircase etc with cement concrete (1:2:4) with stone chips, laid in panels as directed with topping made with ordinary or white cement (as necessary) and marble dust in proportion (1:2) including smooth finishing and rounding off corners including raking out joints or roughening of concrete surface and application of cement slurry before flooring works using cement @ 1.75 kg/sq.m all complete including all materials and labour. Supplying dividing strip fitted and fixed with cement mortar (1:3) in mosaic or patent stone floor, dado etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (i) Glass - 3mm. Thick (b) 25 mm. wide strip

Supplying, fitting and fixing single skin color coated trpezoidal profile for wall cladding, Roof shall be made of 0.45 mm BMT (Base Metal Thickness) (0.50 mm TCT (Total coated thickness excluding paint). G550 (min 550 yeild strength), of Zincalume mettalic coating (IS 15965) with high Solar Reflectance Index (SRI) value for better colling as per thermatech technology. 1000-1015 mm effective cover width with five major corrugation, 28 mm highrib spaced at 203 mm c/c with subtle square fluting in the pan and the end rib shall have anti-capillary groove and return lrg. The steel sheet shall be fastened with 40 microm zinc coated or 25 micron zinc-tin alloy coated. hex head, self-drilling screw as per IS 3566-2002 Class 3 fastener. The base steel shall be coated with zinc-aluminium alloy Zincalume (AZ150) (i.e .55% Al, 43.4% Zinc, 1.6 % Si) minimum of 150 g/m2 coating total on both sides, pre-painted with colorbond XRW (Xterior roofing, walling) paint system of 35 micron Super Durable Polyester paint (SDP) with stable inorganic pigment with no lead contents confirming ISI5965. The sheet shall be free from defects and have brand marking of the manufacturer giving product details on the back of the sheet at regular interval confirming genuity of the material.

M.S. structural works in roof trusses with tubular sections conforming to IS: 806-1968 & IS: 1161- 1998 cnnected to one another with bracket, gusset cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-in-charge complete including cutting to requisite size, fabrication with necessary metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 9595 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour reqired for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. Payment to be made on the basis of calculated weight of structural tubular memebrs as specified in relevent IS code in finished work. Payment for gusset, bracket, cleat may be made by adding the actual weight of such items with weight of finished structural members. The rates are considered for a height of erection 8 m. / 2nd floor level from the ground. Add 1.5 % extra over the rate for each additional floor or 4m. beyond the initial 8 m. or part thereof. i) For trusses spanning up to 12.00 m

Holding down bolt with nut including 100 x 100 x 6 mm plate washer at bottom fitted complete and packing the hole with cement concrete or cement grout as directed. (ii) 20 mm dia bolt. (c) 600 mm long

(a) Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.
