Repair and Renovation of R.I Office building at B.L.Pur for the year 2025-26.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4 cm. size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm. thick in each layer including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, T&P etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete of proportion (1:2:4) with 12mm size hard crusher broken granite stone metal and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm. thick in each layer including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, T&P etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing 16 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar of mix (1:6) with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of walls in all heights after racking out joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners, providing grooves where ever necessary with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with cost of all labour, T&P, and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing 12 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar of mix (1:6) with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of walls in all heights after racking out joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners, providing grooves where ever necessary with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with cost of all labour, T&P, and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of Vetrified tile of premium grade having thickness 8mm to 10mm conforming to IS 13756 of size 60cm x 60cm plain (Ivory) in floors with application of polymer modified cement based water resistance adhesive bed of required thickness of 10 mm and filling joints with epoxy grout of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes etc. complete required for the work as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(for New work only)

Providing and fixing Vertified tiles in dados, skirtings and risers of steps on 12 mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of precast tiles as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with approved weather coats of approved colour, shade on wall surface over a coat of wall primer including sand papering, polishing the surface, including cost, conveyances, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P etc, complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Wall Painting two coats with Distempering of approved shade over a coat of primer on new work including cost, conveyances, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P etc, complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with weather shield cement paint two coats over a coat of water bound cement primer including cost, conveyances, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P etc, complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge

2.5 cm. thick grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab with 6mm. size hard granite chips on new work including cost, conveyances, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P etc, complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing & fixing of UPVC slidig window with fly screen duly made of UPVC profile section SIN1/112 (112mm x 52mm) for outer frame having upvc profile section SIN/14 (42mm x 67 mm ) as SASH/Shuter frame, WIN1/6 (29 mm x 455 mm ) as interlock profile and WIN1/7 (47mm x 16.5 mm ) as Single glazing bead. The minimum wall thickness for the external surface of upvc profile shall be 2.3 mm +/- 0.3mm. The system must have 2 sealed chamber for frame and one sealed chamber for sliding sash/ shutter capable of mounting single glazing system. Structurally reinforced with hot dip galvanized steel with 120 GSM of thickness of 1.2mm of outer frame as well as sashi/shutter with pre frefabicated and welded through fusion welding etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying , fitting,fixing of two track UPVC sliding Door of approved make with 6mm thick glass of approved quality complete with frame, shutters and all fitting and fixtures including cost of all materials all taxes labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
