Painting th wall surface with Emulsion paint with one cost primer including cost &coveryance of all materials to side and all labour charges etc complete

Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no crushed stone M.Sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers.

Roof top finished with one course of pressed tiles of ssze 20x20x2cm inclding pointing etc complete

Paving the floor with Granite slab 20mm thick in floors in CM 1:3, 20mm thick Granite slab (double side polished steel grey granite slab) 20mm thick

Towards cost &coveryance of all steel window of size0.90x1.20m including cost and conveyance all labour charges etc complete

Supplying and painting two coats new iron work such as steel doors ventilators, window bars etc., (WITHOUT PRIMER)
