Renewing Cup-board Shutter using termite / water proof plywood of 19mm thick over which laminated sheet of 0.8mm thick fixed inside the shutter and 1mm thick fixed in the outside of the shutter using fevicol along with necessary furniture fittings, such as, hydralic hinges, tower bolt, handles, multi purpose locks etc., as directed by the Departmental Officers. The design pattern, water proof plywood, laminate sheet and other materials should be got approved from the Executive Engineer befoe use on work.

Renewing and fixing by drilling holes and not by puching for Roofing with pre painted Galvalum sheet of 0.47mm thick of best approved quality with required size with curved shape and white ridge sheet with necessary bolts and nuts bitumen washers, including cutting the sheet to the required size found necessary during execution etc., Complete complying with standard specifications. [The sheet should be got approved by the Engineer incharge before use on works]

Renewing and fixing in position best approved of BIS quality PVC rain water down fall pipes having a pressure of 4 kg. / sq.cm including cost of necessry PVC shoe, PVC bend, cast iron gratings of required diameter and special clamps, brass screws, nails, etc., and fixing of cast iron gratings at junction of parapet and the RCC roof slab including finishing neatly etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of cast of removable cast iron grating.
