Plastering with cement Mortar 1:5 mix using 12mm thick with all cost and convleyance of materials and all labour change ect., complete as pre standard specification

Painting two coats with approved Interior and exterior emulsion paint over cement plastered wall surfaces, ceiling and other new surfaces including cleaning preparing the surface and curing etc., complete as per standard specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one part of cement, four part of crushed stone sand (M-sand) and eight part of coarse aggregate) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specfication.

Paving the floor with design Antiskirt ceramic tiles (colour and shade as directed) of size 305mm x 305mm x 6mm in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 ( one part of cement and three part of plastering sand (P-sand)), 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement.

Dadooing walls with Glazed tiles of sizes 305mm x 200mm x 6mm size of approved make and quality and colour set in cement mortar 1:2 (One aprt of cement and two part of Plastering sand (P-sand)) over 10mm base layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly as directed.

Supplying , fabricating, erecting and fixing Hilux (or) Equivalent Board False Ceiling upto a ceiling height of 4.5m from floor level.

Supplying and fixing of 18" size Oriya type Indian Water Closet with new glazed earthern ware Indian water closet of 20" Thrift pun type of approved quality with P or S trap with sand cushion and forming, flooring all-round the water closet using 40mm size broken with jelly in ration of in Cement Concrete of 1:2:4 (One cement, Two sand and four aggregate) of 4" thick and plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) mix 20mm thick using river sand including fixing the water closet in positing and giving necessary connection to CI Stack etc., complete (Data 2022-23 SI-76)

Providing UPVC (Un-Platicized Polyvinyl chloride) Door: Providing and fixing casement doors fabricated from, un-plasticized polyvinyl chloride (UPVC) sections. Profiles: The profiles should be there chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer frame 60mm x 55mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4mm (PWD SOR P-65 SI-268)
