Name of Work:Balance job of incompleted work named as “Design, Manufacture, Supply, TPIA, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of equipments and allied mechanical works for Construction of New Semi-Automatic Statutory Testing and Painting Plant for LPG Cylinders at LPG Bottling Plant, Durgapur". NOTE: This is for information that work order for the job “Design, Manufacture, Supply, TPIA, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of equipments and allied mechanical works for Construction of New Semi-Automatic Statutory Testing and Painting Plant for LPG Cylinders at LPG Bottling Plant, Durgapur" was awarded to a vendor in Aug.'2020. The vendor supplied some materials/equipment and partially completed some works but supply of all items/equimets and works have not been completed by the vendor and the project has not been completed. This SOR/BOQ is meant for completing the incompleted project.

Tender Ref. No: RCC/ERO/37/2024-25/PT-36, E-Tender Id: 2024_ERO_178092_1 1. Party should quote by selecting EXCESS or LESS in the dropdown box and thereafter filling the percentage rate in figures only without any condition. In case party is intending to quote “at Par”, party must quote “0” in the space provided. Leaving the designated space for quoting percentage rate blank shall be taken as quoted “at par”. The party in their own interest should tally the quoted rate in words and quoted amount (in figures) which is displayed at the bottom of price bid sheet and calculated as per % rate quoted by the party. Name of bidder must also be provided at appropriate place in price bid. 2. Scanned/Photocopy of Price bid are not acceptable and such bids shall be summarily rejected. BOQ (Bill of Quantity) is to be submitted after making entries in white coloured cells, without changing any format. 3. The below mentioned rates are inclusive of all Taxes, levies, duties, transport, insurance charges but exclusive of GST only and only GST will be paid extra. 4. The party must quote only after having read & understood all terms & conditions of tender. 5. The itemwise quantities mentioned here may vary at the time of execution of works and bills would be paid accordingly. The bidder must visit the site and assess the site conditions before quoting against the tender.
