(a) S&F in repair drawnout type ACB having current ratings 1600 Amps with ruptuting capacity 50 KA, AC 415V, 4 Poles with neutral overload protection OFF 50% - 100% in built temp protection and rotational terminal for horizontal / vertical orientation complete with spreader links all as specified and directed including dismantling the existing u/s ACB with all connections and all as required at site and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make : Legrand Cat Pt No 6695 70 DMX SP 2500 or equivalent of L&T/C&S/ABB/Siemens. - 01 each (b) M&L for detecting the pin point fault of defective UG cable 95 sqmm (length approx 1100RM) by using HT megger detecting device and including testing using HT megger to clear the fault. - 01 Job (c) M&L in repair cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with joining material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminum conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete including taking out old unsv cable jointing kit all as specified and directed. Make : 3M/Raychem/Densons - 03 each (d) M&L in repair cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with joining material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminum conductor cable of size 120 sqmm complete including taking out old unsv cable jointing kit all as specified and directed. Make : 3M/Raychem/Densons - 02 each (e) M&L in repair cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with joining material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminum conductor cable of size 120 sqmm including testing and commissioning and taking down old unserviceable cable jointing kit, complete all as specified and directed Make : 3M/Raychem/Densons - 03 each (f) M&L in repair XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with alum conductor, 11/6.35KV grade, suitable for earthed system, with aluminum conductor, 3 core 95 sqmm including taking out old unsv cable jointing kit all as specified and directed.- 80 RM

(g) Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation of poles/cable, stay assy etc and getting out any type of soil complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. - 31.00 cum (h) Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each layers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. - 21.73 cum (j) Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 9.27 cum (k) Supply and laying dry river sand laid in trenches as cable cushioning 80mm below and 150mm above the cable and punned to 180mm and covering all as directed. Note : Punned qty will be measured and paid.- 6.50 cum (l) M&L un reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm laid over sand cushioning for mechanically protection of cable in trenches keeping width of brick parallel to the length of cable all as directed. - 444 each Note : Old retrieved unsv spares will be property of bidder and credit will be adjusted in the quoted rate.
