AIR CONDITIONING SECTION-I CHILLERS Supply ,installation,Testing and commissioning of AHRI certified Screw Water Chilling Machine each specified capacities hereunder, suitable for operation on refrigerant R-134a each comprising of the following complete as per specification and as required. (b) 1 No. Suitable capacity squirrel cage induction motor with class 'F' Insulation suitable for operation on 415+10% volts, 50Hz, A.C. Supply. (c) 1 No. Star Delta Starter suitable for compressor motor complete with ammeter with CTs, overload protection, under voltage protection, protection against phase reversal & independent single phase preventors etc. complete as required. (d) Necessary Drive arrangement and other requirement as in given in Schedule ' A'. Chilled Water Primery Pumps Supply and fixing of factory designed, built, tested Vertilcal Inline Long coupled Pump with electric motor for re-circulation of water for the central air conditioning system for 240 GPM at 13 m head (2W+1S), be having rigid coupled protected by OSHA complaint coupling guard, with CI casing, Bronze (CF8) impeller, high strength steel shaft, the pump motor suitable for 415± 10% volts, 50 cycles, 3 phase AC power supply of IE3 efficiency class. Pumps shall have outside type mechanical seal and CI casing, Bronze Impeller & SS Shaft. The internal components of pumps including mechanical seal shall be suitable to sustain a temperature of 122 degree fehrenheit. Minimum efficiency of pump shall be 70% for 907 LPM pump. The pump shall be designed for PN-16 pressure ratings and also comprises the following :- (a) 1 No. Vertilcal Inline Long coupled Pump (b) 1 No. Suitable HP, TEFC squirrel cage induction motor IE-3 with class 'F' insulations 1450 rpm synchronous speed, operating on 415 + 10% volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz A.C. supply (c) Lot- Expanded polystrene (T.F. Quality) insulation of not less than 75mm thick duly cladded with aluminium sheets of 24 G thickness and properly clamped to pump in two semicircular seciton as per specifications. (d) Lot - Mounting frame work with anti vibration pads. (e) Sound level of pump shall not be more than 85 dBA at 1.5m distance for the following requirement.

Secondery Chilled Water Pump Supply and fixing of of factory designed, built, tested Vertilcal Inline Long coupled Pump with VFD drives & pump controller along with electric motor for re-circulation of water for the central air conditioning system. The pumps having rigid coupled protected by OSHA complaint coupling guard, with CI casing, Bronze impeller, high strength steel shaft, pump motor suitable for 415± 10% volts, 50 cycles, 3 phase AC power supply of IE3 efficiency class, Pumps have outside type mechanical seal and CI casing, Bronze Impeller & stainless steel shaft. The internal components of pumps including mechanical seal shall be suitable to sustain a temperature of 122 degree fehrenheit. minimum efficiency of pump shall be 70%. The pump shall be designed for PN-16 pressure ratings, The variable speed package shall consist of Variable frequency drive (VFD) one for each pump and each VFD shall be pump mounted for unit reliability with build in DC Choke for 35%-40% harmonics. VFD Shall be capable of displaying operating Head and Flow for better and precise control. 1 No. microprocessor based pump controller housed with in the enclosure of one of the VFD, pump logic controller be enclosed in an IP54 protection enclosue and should not be mounted on the VFD for better reliability & redundancy. Controller shall come with pumping software duly downloaded & single / multiple differential pressure sensor / transmitters/ Sensorless controls for each secondary zone as per the site requirement.. (MANNING AND OPERATION OF AC PLANT). Section-IV Operation of Central type AC plant during defect liability period, of 3 x 100 TR vide schedule 'A' Section-I for the duration of 24 hrs in three shift of (08 hrs per shifts) (6000 hrs to 1401 hrs, 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs and 2201 hrs to 0559 hrs) all days of week including Sunday and Holidays for deployment of one operator per shift (ITI/ diploma holder having adeuate experience in the respective trade) for two years from satisfactory completion of Phase-I test complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Water and Electric required for operation of plant shall be provided free of cost by the Department. (ii) All consumable such as refrigent gas, compressure oil and grase etc reuired for operation of plant shall be provide by contractor at his own cost as per the manufacturer's instructions and direction of GE during the period of manning and operations, cost of the same shall be deemed incluluded in the unit rates quoted by the contractor. (iii) Please ensure that all tradesmen engaged in subject work covered in EPF scheme. Proper documents shall be maintained in this regard and submitted alongwith each payment. (iv) The expanses incurred due to insured and EPF scheme for the staff deployed by the contractor for manning and operation shall also be deemed included in the quoted rates of BoQ. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (v) In case contractor fails to employ the duty personnel in any of the shift, he shall be liable to bear the recovery @ Rs 1500/- per shift and no payment shall be made for that shift and no payment shall be made for that shift also.
