M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32x6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check-nuts, and washers of galvanised iron or steel including excavation and earth work, GI pipe medium grade 15 mm bore for protection of GI wire from earth electrode to test point /machinery / equipment. Supplying and laying charcoal dust comman salt PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone agregrate chamber and RCC cover 54 cm X 54cm x50 mm thick (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates, reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with mild steel handle 12 mm dia, using round bar ,PGI funnel with wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering all as shown in electrical plate

No-3 of SSR part-1 and testing on completion including taking out the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of GI wire and GI protection pipe up to a distance 7.5 M shall be included in quated rate of above Item.

M & L for Air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300 mm long including taking out old unsreviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of broken /britle/unsv PVC/China clay wall grip suitable for fixing of vertical conductor including steel screw 3'' long complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for laying/ fixing XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 2 core including taking out old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells/Polycab/Grandlay/Finolex

Supply and fixing in replacement of old unsv Building light controller of any type into Single phase 3 KW (Swadeep-66-3 KW 1P or equilent in L&T/Philips/Bajaj) with contactor, Incoming MCB & Outgoing MCB rating of 20-25 Amps & main load circuit wiring (copper) of min size 10 Sqmm. The Automatic street light control switch using Infrared sensor based nature switch for automatic switching off street lights. Nature switch operation should be based on natural light lux level. Required illuminance level for switching ON is ≤30 Lux and for switching OFF ≥Lux. The sensor should also have part night operation facility of minimum 4 hrs to max 12 hrs. The sensor alongwith suitable power contactor(s) and incoming and outgoing MCBs should be enclosed in a pole /wall mountable Rust Proof, Electric

shock proof, Terminate proof and FR grade IP66 protection class 2 Enclosure made of thermoplastic polycorbonate and protected against weather influences. The circuit should have provision for manual operation (i,e Sensor By-Pass option). Make of panel consisting of (i) Nature switch -Healer (ii) Contactors - BCH (iii) MCBs - Hager (iv) Enclosure - Hensel, (v) Circuit wiring - Polycab. (vi) Contactor should confirm to IEC-60947-4-1/IS-13947-4-1 and MCBs should conform to IEC-60898/IS-8828.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete with fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose, pendents, regulators etc complete as ordered and removing retrived materials from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall, floors, ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for point wiring complete 1.5 sqmm FRLS grade single core PVC insulated, unsheathed, 1100V grade copper multistranded conductor drawn through and including rigid PVC conduit pipe on walls, surface on roofs and beam etc including PVC insulated copper earth continuity conductor 1.5 Sqmm cable connected to common earth dolly including steel terminal boxes made out of 1.6mm thick MS sheet concealed in walls with laminated sheet top cover 3mm thick for housing the switches, sockets regulators etc all as specified and directed for following:- (a) One light point/fan point/bell point controlled by one switch

(b) One 2pin/3pin switch socket outlet 5 amps on independent board.

(c) One bell/buzzer point controlled by one push button with cable 1.5 sqmm.

All as per item No.14 above but wiring with 2.5 Sqmm single core conductor for 3 pin 15 Amp socket outlet on independent board controlled by one switch.

Taking down Old U/S MCB DB SPN 8 Way and S & F MCB DB SPN 8 Way with 200 Amps rated busbar, Double door, 240 volts flush to wall including all cutting etc on wall and making good the disturbed surfaces to match the existing complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing in hard / dense soil not eceeding 15 cm deep and clearing all the grass weeds etc in the sub station yard after removing stone aggregate aside all as directed at site including setting / sepreding back the aggregate complete all as directed at site. Note:- All the sub station shall be kept clean throughout the contract period by repeatedly removing the grass/weeds as many times depending on the growth of the grass.

Material and Labour hard core of broken stone or boulders gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick each including watering and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of chain link fencing with two coat of aluminimum paint including preparation of new surfaces over a coat of aluminium red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down co-oreded/unserviceable danger notice board and material & labour for danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick MS sheet, vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signla red colour and fix with MS clamps, bolts nuts of aproved size of 25x20cm for HT installations complete all as specified and directed. .

M & L Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates, as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M &L 50mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates, as in flooring, platform etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L Preparation of old painted surface and one coat of distempering with distemper oil emulsion on internal surfaces of walls at E/M installations complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing LED luminaire 600 mm X 600 mm, 36 Watt suitable for 230 Volts, 50 Hz AC supply recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glair free light complete with driver, holder and LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully unserviceable sub main wiring of any size and type including making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, ceilings etc including two coats of white /colour washing/ distempering etc to match the existing complete all as directed by EIC.

M & L for sub main wiring complete with two runs of 6 sq mm single core FRLS grade PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 Volt grade multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including PVC conduit and accessories in surface of wall, roofs etc with one run of PVC insulated copper conductor 4 Sqmm single core as earth continuity conductor connected with earth dolly and mains complete all as specified and directed.
