Replacement of existing Sliding Door operator for Glass Sliding Gate at NITB alongwith AICMC for 03 years at B.M. Airport, Ranchi.

SH-I : SITC of Sliding door operator Providing and fixing Automatic Bi-parting Sliding door operator in modular design suitable for operating 2 leafs thoughened Glass Panels (Each Leaf of size approx 1.2 Mtrs Width X 2.4 Mtrs Height X 12 mm thick) including internal cover,profile system,casing, softnose seal & suitable capacity Drive arrangement.The door operator shall be of sturdy design and the length should be suitable to suit the size of existing opening.The track profile should be separated from the main profile for enabling reduction in vibration and better sound insulation. Microprocessor control unit should be self learning with the adjustable parameters for opening and closing speed, hold-open time, opening and closing force,reversing when encountered with obstruction,Class of Protection IP20, inbuilt battery backup in controller profile section including supply & fixing of suitable non-contact motion/activation sensors on both sides of the entrance for automatic operation of Sliding door and suitable for operating on 230V +5%, 50 Hz AC supply alongwith dismantling of existing Sliding door operator complete as required. The Glass shutter shall have electromechanical arrangement and Manual Locking Arrangement (Note: The contractor has to utilize & reuse the existing glass panels and install the automatic door operator assembly to it and make the Sliding gate fully operational to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge)
