Construction of C.M. Model Composite School at Ikauna, Gram Panchayat- Tandwa Mahanth in Distt. Shravasti (U.P.)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Excavating, supplying, stacking and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in foundation trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete for all lift.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) ,including cost of form- work,in foundation and floors.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Preconstructional anti-Termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and alround the column pits wall trenches basement excavation top surface If plinth filling junction of wall and floor, along the extemal perimeter of binding expansion jolnts,surrounding of pipes and conduit etc. complete (Plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured as per I.S. 6313 (Part II 1981) Alderine emulsifiable concentrate or any other approved material such as Heptrachlor or chlordane will be used. The rate of application of chemical emulsion shall be as Follows : (1) Treatment for Masonary & foundatiion 5 Liters per Sq.m. (2) Back fill in immediate contact with foundation 7.5 Litres per Sq.M. (3) Treatment,of Top surface of plinth filling 5 Litres per Sq.M. (4) Treatment junction of wall and the floor 7.50 Liters per Sq.M. (5) Treatment of soil along extnal Perimeter of building 7.50 Liters per Sq.M. (6) Treatment of soil along apron along external Perimeter 5.00 Liters per Sq.M.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). [FOR LINTEL] M-20.

As in item above but in R.C.C. Raft foundation and footing with approved stone ballast. (Using 1:1.5:3 Mix concrete) all work upto plinth level.

As in item above but in R.C.C. columns in 1:1.5:3 having strength not less than M-20 all complete as per DSR -5.2.2

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 15 in .foundation and plinth in :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)
