Rate should be quoted for per MT silt/slurry removal basis including dumping at Dhapa dumping yard and inclusive the provision of engagement three driver of Highly skilled category, nine workers of skilled category and Supervisor of Highly skilled category per machine to execute the work smoothly and inclusive all applicable taxes and charges if any. Rate also be inclusive routine & preventive maintenance of machine, as described in maintenance schedule under General Conditions of Contract and including cost of necessary safety equipment’s of the workers. The period of contract is for two years, the tenderer should quote their rate accordingly. Necessary Fuel/Diesel/Lubricant etc as mentioned details in terms & conditions are to be provided by the tenderer. For estimation purpose, bidder may consider approx 60 liter fuel consumption per machine per shift(8 hour) and also may consider average 24 working days in month. At the time of distribution of machine, total numbers of machine will be counted from L-1 bidder to up to the bidders to attain required quantity of machine(Here 5 nos.). Rest of the bidder will not be awarded any machine.
