Dismantling post or struts (wood, steel or RCC ) any section including taking out from natural ground and making good the disturbed ground surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling post or struts (wood, steel or RCC ) any section including taking out from concrete surface and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings nexc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work built in any cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling concrete interlocking paver blocks complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of barbed wire of any description and gauge etc. fixed in any position in fencing post etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing only galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Restraining and resecuring galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and making good staples, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 ( using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete type B-l, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area exc 100 and not exc. 250 sqcm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling chain link fencing of any type complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F chain link fencing made up of 4 mm dia. galvanised steel wire having 100 mm mesh to RCC fencing post including providing flat iron, bolts and nuts complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - Bolts and nuts shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F mild steel screw bolts having neck dia. 11 to 15 mm (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 10cm and not exc. 15cm long complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick granite (of any type) tiles, machine cut, bedded & jointed with grey cement slurry & pointed with white cement with admixture of pigmint to match the shade of granite stone including griding & polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L rendering 10mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or on other side of lathing in cement mortar 1:6, surface to be finished fair & even without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint on walls over a coat of alkali resistant primer, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22 mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F glossy finish chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22 mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for glossy finish machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 of 60 mm thickness of M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 40 mm thick sand filling in foundations spreading and levelling in layers not exc. 25 cm thick including watering and consolidation for fixing of interlocking paver blocks, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with sub-class `B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L 75 mm thick Cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in flooring/ hard standing/pavings/plinth protections, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for forming contraction (dummy) joints 65 mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound grade "A", complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specificied provided for, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L 1:2:4 B-1 (20 mm graded aggegate) for providing precast cement concrete in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone wallin) corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and setting in mortar complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia. and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 5 to 10 mm dia. and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips quality confirming to Fe-410-S or Fe-410-O, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel or iron surface of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, primer over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in louvres and jallies, 35mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) cement concrete in surface channels and drains, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F rolled mild steel Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250 quality A) as in framed work for doors, gates or grill of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc. complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with & including either hooks or hinges or steel hanging door fittings also fastening & fixing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
