REPAIR WORKS

Demolishing cement concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of materials within 50 m lead as per direction of Engineer – In – Charge on floor.

Dismantling of old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster incl disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 mtr lead.

Repair to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under incl cutting the patch in proper shape, racking out joints and plastering the surface of the walls etc. complete with CM (1:4).

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper (one or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

Finishing wall with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade on old work (two or more coats on existing cement paint surface applied).

Providing and laying non skid floor tiles of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments. etc. complete.

Providing 25 mm thick Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, incl rubbing and polishing complete to give mirror finish

Providing and Painting two or more coats with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter of area 3 sqm and below including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. Complete and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc as required in door frame and guard bars.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections and frame work etc incl cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a primer coat of steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick factory made laminated flush door shutters decorative type, core of block boards construction with frame of 1st class hard wood including stainless steel butt hinges with screws etc complete.

Providing and fixing of mosquito proof shutters using galvanised MS wire gauge of average width of aperature 1.4mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63mm for door of 35mm with 2nd class teak wood.

Providing and fixing fly proof wire gauge to windows, doors and ventilators with MS flat 15x3mm and nuts & bolts complete of 0.63mm dia wire and 1.4 aperture on both sides.

Providing and fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows and ventilators all complete with 4mm thick glass panes.

Providing and fixing aluminium handles of size : 125 mm with necessary screws etc. complete

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts of size : 150x10 mm with necessary screws etc. Complete.

Providing and fixining (300 mm) chromium plated brass casement stays (straight peg type) with necessary screws etc. Complete.

Providing and fixining sliding door bolts, ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less then AC 10 as per IS : 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour of shade with nuts and screws etc. complete 250x16mm

Dismantling cement asbestos or other hard board ceiling or partition walls including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead.

Providing and fixing 12.5 mm thick square edge PVC Laminated Gypsum Tile ceiling with all edges sealed with the face side PVC film which goes around and wraps the edges and is bonded to the edges and the back side metalized polyester film so as to make the tile a completely sealed unit.

Dismantling roofing of G.S. Sheet including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+ 0.05%) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS:277, in 240 mpa steel grade, ridges or hips of width (500-600 mm) using self drilling/self tapping screws complete.

Providing and laying half brick masonry in cement mortar 1:4 with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks of class designation in drain of plinth protection.

Providing 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:4.

Providing and making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75 mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including finishing the top smooth.

Providing free for fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.
