S&F factory made Pressed steel frame for doors of size 125 X 60 mm fabricated out & 1.25 mm thick sheet with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lungs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc, including PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate filling in chowkhats complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made Pressed steel frame for doors of size 105 X 60 mm fabricated out & 1.25 mm thick sheet with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc, including PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate filling in chowkhats complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 35 mm thick factory made flush shutters, solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels, both face covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/frame to match fixed with suitable adhesive, including provision of suitable blocks for taking mortice locks, latches or other fittings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35 mm thick factory made second class hard wood Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (with sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc. sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC molded door shutter 28-30 mm thick (style)with 2 or 6 raised panelled designed with 2mm thick moulded prelam PVC sheet on both face with particle board core as per specification & drawings all as specified and as directed.

Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x47mm made out of 5mm wood grain printed PVC sheet including all edges printed to match the shade reinforced with M.S. Sq tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per spec & drawing all as specified and as directed.

S&F 100mm long stainless steel hinge, type B-21, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 200mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded sections, complete all as specified & directed.
