Over speed governor, phase failure and phase reversal relay, alarm bell, Guide brackets for car and counter weight, rubber padding under winding unit, Motor of adequate capacity, single reduction worm gear, electromagnetic brake with compression springs, car safety gears, buffer, electro mechanical door locks, emergency key, side supporting angles, motor over load protection devices, final limit switch, main suspension ropes, counter weights, lifting joint joist for mounting the machineries. 38. Guarantee: Guarantee for the Materials and workmanship of equipment complete should be offered by the Lift firm for a period of not less than one year. 39. Site testing in accordance with IS 14665 should be carried out at the time of handing over.

Renewal by Supply and fixing of 4-way SPMCB Distribution board with metal door with IP 42 Protection in flush with wall with 1No 32 Amps DB MCB as incoming and 2Nos 10Amps SPMCB outgoing in flush with wall and making good of the concealed portion with earth connection only. The MCB DB and MCB's should be with ISI mark (Like Hager make) (Data-1)

Renewal by Supply and fixing of 1 no.6A two module 3 pin socket , 1 no. 6A one module switch on suitable module surface mounting Box ( Plastic ) with module cover plate (plastic) on wall with connections. Higher End. (SD - 374).

Renewal by Supply and run of 2 of 1.5 Sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS cu. Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with continuous earth wire connection 1.5 sqmm copper wire with painting suitable colour (SD 54)

Renewal by Supply and run of 2 of 4 Sqmm (56/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS Cu. Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with continuous earth wire connection of 4 14 SWG TC wire with painting suitable colour (SD 56)

Earthing as per ISI specification with an earth electrode of 2.1 mtr class “B” GI pipe of dia not less than 40 mm with copper earth plate of size 125mm x 50mm x 6mm with necessary masonry work with 38mm RCC cover slab for brick masonry works. (SD 221)

Renewal by supply and fixing of 63 A TPNMC switch on suitable angle iron frame work with MS cable boxes with earth connection only (SD 150)

Renewal by Supply and clamping of 3 1/2 x 35 sq mm PVC LTUG armoured cable on post or on wall with MS clamps. (SD 206)

Renewal by supply and fixing of brass cable gland for 3 1/2 x 35 sqmm PVC armoured LTUG cable with earth connection(SD 165)

Complete cleaning, examining and reconditioning of Lift shaft and Lift frontage with proper tools and minor civil works, plastering, water leakage treatment ,whit e washing etc.,

Pending payment for Existing lift License Fees and Liaising Charges for renewal of Existing Lift

Dismantling and clearing carefully the existing old lift complete including all the materials Such as the Lift car ,guide rails, machinery etc. as directed by the site Engineer
