Construction of 20 Metric Tonnes Cold Storage and Ice Plant in Ballari District

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

List of works for which tenders already submitted

Satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the Contract Value), as prime contractor, at least One similar work such as Building/Proposed work of value not less than Rs.60.36 lakhs. (Usually not less than 50% of estimated value of contract)

Executed in any one financial year, in the last five years, the following minimum quantities of work is RCC or PCC 137.00 Cum, Plastering 602.00 Sqm, TMT Steel 13.00 Tonne

The bidder must possess a valid MoU with an authorized dealer or manufacturer, along with an experience certificate from the competent department confirming the successful execution of at least a 20-metric-tonne cold storage facility.

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditors reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Availability by owning at least 50% of the required/specified key and critical equipment for this work and (b) the remaining 50% can be deployed on lease / hire basis for all works provided, the relevant documents (commitment agreements etc.) for availability for this work are furnished: Tippers 2 Nos. (1 Own &1 Hire)

Contractors should be registered in KPWD with class 3 and above registration.

Concrete self-loader/concrete mixer 2 Nos. (1 Own &1 Hire)

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender capacity-(AxNx1.5-B) where of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2025-26 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N-Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited. 06 Months (0.50 Years) B -Value at 2025-26 price level of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed During the next 06 Months (0.50 Years) (period of completion of the works for which Tenders are invited)

Bidder should have valid Registration with Employees Provident Fund Organization under EPF and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952. (Should Attach Latest Copies)

List of Financial Resources with Certificates

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25 achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil Engineering construction works only) of Rs.483.00 lakhs (Usually not less than two times the estimated annual payments under this contract)

liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.60.35 Lakhs (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. (usually the equivalent of the estimated cash flow for three months in the peak construction period)

List of existing commitments and ongoing works

The tenderer shall furnish, as part of his tender, earnest money deposit as shown in the column 4 of the table of the IFT for this particular work. The Earnest money Deposit shall be in two parts. Part (1) Rs.1,00,000.00 by e-payment. Part (2) Balance EMD 82,000.00 shall be in the form of Bank Guarantee in prescribed format obtained from any Nationalized/Scheduled Bank in favour of Executive Engineer Port and Fisheries Division, Udupi. The tenderer should upload the scanned copy of the original Part-2 of the EMD in the e-portal and shall be delivered to the Executive Engineer on or before the prescribed date of opening of technical bid.
