PERIODICAL SERVICES TO BUILDINGS OTHER THAN HOSPITAL BUILDINGS AT INHS ASVINI

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing the debris out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces of wall 15mm thick using Ready Mix plaster of mortar (1:6) and finishing surface even and smooth using wall care puttynot less than 2 mm thick complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for rendering on fair face of concrete surfaces of ceiling 10mm thick using Ready Mix plaster of mortar (1:3) and finishing surface even and smooth with using wall care puttynot less than 2 mm thickcomplete all as specified and directed .

M&L for rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces 20 mm thick Ready Mix plaster using mortar (1:4) in two layers (15+5 mm) vertical walls externally mixed with 3% water proofing compound @ weight of cement and finished surface even and smooth with out using extra cement including necessory scafolding and safety arrangement on external surfaces complete all as specified and directed .(WPC shall be measured and paid seperately).

M&L for preperaring new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of acrylyc distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Prepration of newly plastered external wall surface and applying Two coats of 100% Premium weather coat paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Prepration of old treated surfaces of wall/ceilng with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/ltr, of approved manufacture, of required shade and colour in wall/ceiling complete, as per manufacturers specification complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Prepration of old treated external surface of wall and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium weather coat paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over a coat of priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparing old external rain beaten wall surfaces by removing dust, dirt, algae, loose paint and other foreign material, including , cutting out cracks to V section and filling with smart care crack seal and applying one coat of approved acrylic self primer ( with adding 33% potable water) and thereafter applying two coats of elastomeric acrylic waterproof coating as per manufacturer's specifications including necessory scafolding and safety measures. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Work shall be executed through approved applicator of the manufacturer and certificate shall be submitted alongwith RAR/Final Bill from the manufacturer. (ii) The pait shall be applied by roller in perpendicular direction. (iii) Gurantee in writing for five years shall be submitted and 2.5% of amount shall be retained/FDR shall be obtained as security amount. (iv) stage passing register shall be maintained and submitted along with RAR/Final Bill

M&L for for preparing internal wall and ceiling surfaces by removing loose paint, dust, fungus, efflorescence and other foreign material, including , cutting cutting out cracks to V section and filling with smart care crack seal , and applying one coat of approved waterproof acrylic primer and thereafter applying two coats of acrylic waterproof coating (with adding 33% pottable water) as per manufacturer's specifications including necessory scafolding and safety measures. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
