Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof & disposal of retrieved material upto a distance n.exc 100m where directed, all as specified.

Demolition of mud in roof, any thickness including plastering and leaping (where full thickness removed or only a part there of disposal off rubbish upto a distance n.exc 100m, where directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using (12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in roof padding, roof kerbs, mud stops etc using WPC compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : WPC compound will be measured and paid separately.

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement with WPC compound complete all as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note : WPC compound will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Roof Treatment as specified below and as directed : (a) Surface Preparation. Cleaning the screed surface to make it laitance, dust and sludge free, removing any extended portion by grinding using suitable equipment and providing basic repair including filling of any cracks or pot holes with sika latex mortar modifier. (b) Joint Sealing and detailing. Providing and applying sika reemat premium at all detailing areas. (c) Epoxy Primer. Providing and applying Sikalastic-10 Primer EP or equivalent, 2 part, and solvent free, low viscous epoxy based primer applied at consumption of 0.2 Kg/Sqm. The primer must have a compressive strength>60N/Sqmm and flexural strength >30NSqmm. (d) Waterproofing and cool roof coating. Providing and applying Sikalastic-590 IN or equivalent, single component, flexible, liquid applied UV and weather resistant, polyuethane waterproofing membrane with high reflective orioerties. (e)The waterproofing membrane fibre mesh must have following properties:- (i) Tensile strength > 1.5N/Sqmm according to ASTM D412 (ii) Elongation at break>250 according to ASTM D412 (iii) The liquid membrane must be resistant to growth of algae and fungi and have high SRI of 106 with reflectivity 84% according to green bldg reqmts. (iv) The waterproofing membrane must be applied in three coat of SIKALASTIC-590 IN applied at consumption of 0.5Kg/Sqm each coat. (v) The roofing system should be compatible with bitumen. Note : (i) Make of all the product for above treatment - SIKA or TECHNO commercial equivalent make approved by GE in writing in make mention in Appx 'B' or from E-in-C approved list. (ii) All auxiliary and accessories involved during application should be supplied by single manufacturer as a part of System. (iii) The application must be done with necessary detailing as per manufacturer method statement. (iv) The manufacturer must be an ISO 9001 and 14001 certified and valid certificate must be produced as prove.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.
