Supply of Medium Intensity Elevated type omni directional LED Taxiway edge Light fitting (LED type) for aviation visual aids requirements complete with LEDs, optic lens, power converter, two pin secondary lead, central column assembly, breakable coupling, base plate, gaskets, bolts etc. and all other standard accessories required as per ICAO and conforming to technical specifications.

Supply of omni directional Inset Type Taxi way Light Fitting complete with shallow base, matching body made of die cast aluminium, pre-focused LED lamp and driver units suitable to work on 15 w 6.6/6.6 amps Isolating transformer with all accessories confirming to ICAO requirement complete as required.

Supply of 2 core 4 sqmm 600 V grade, copper conductor, EPR insulated, PCP sheathed, underground secondary cable complete as specified complete as required and conforming to technical specifications.

Supply of Single core, 06 Sqmm, 5 KV, XLPE insulated & PVC seathed stranded copper conductor, antitermite & antirodent,Airport lighting cable confirming to IS 7098 (Part-II) with up to date ammendement and as per technical specification specified in tender documents.

Supply of 5 KV grade plug & receptacle (Essna Connector) of type I class B connector & suitable for field attachment with 5 KV grade PVC insulated and PVC sheathed single core 6 sqmm copper conductor cable as etc complete as required and conforming to technical specifications.

Supply of 5 KV grade plug & receptacle (Essna Connector) of type I class B connector & suitable for field attachment with 5 KV grade PVC insulated and PVC sheathed single core 16 sqmm copper conductor cable as etc complete as required and conforming to technical specifications.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 4.0 KW Indoor type air cooled constant current regulator of microprocessor controlled, thyristor type suitable for operation on 230 Volts + 10%, 50 Hz input AC supply with 5 steps variation of current output, suitable for local and remote control operation with suitable control supply and able to communicate with PC or PLC controlled system, with output current indicated on multifunction digital display, overcurrent, over voltage, open circuit and earth fault protection and earthleakage meter, positive back indication equipments, hours run counter, complete as required, confirming to ICAO requirements and as per technical specifications.

Design, Manufacturing, Supply, installation, connection, testing and commissioning of illuminated taxiway/ runway guidance signages of various sizes made of anodized 2 mm (nominal) thick extruded aluminum profile frame with suitable stiffening supports for structural rigidity, 1.5 mm thick aluminum back cover, 4 mm thick poly carbonate sheet with glare free face, supporting legs, breakable coupling etc. The letters and symbols shall be internally pasted/ screen printed with required coloring. The sign boards shall be uniformly internally illuminated with required number of LEDs strips to achieve required illumination level, alongwith drivers, internal control circuit, automatic changeover to function on both main & standby (runway/ taxiway) circuits etc and shall operate without any flickering when operated on input source of 2.8 Amps. to 6.6 amps. series current. The suitable arrangement shall be made for water tightness and locking arrangement. The signages shall be installed on 1:2:4 grade cement concrete of size 400x400x500 mm for each leg and total base of 150 mm thick for the distance of 1.5 mtr. all around the board including installation of isolating transformer, crimping/ jointing of plug & receptacles, laying of secondary leads, connections, earthing etc. complete as required. The taxiway guidance signages shall be as per ICAO and confirming to technical specifications. (legends shall be as approved by Engineer‐in‐charge).

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required. 90 mm dia (OD-90 mm & ID-76 mm nominal)

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required. 160 mm dia (OD-160 mm & ID-135 mm nominal)

Supply of cast iron isolating Transformer housing box, water tight round type, metal container of outside size 330 mm dia, height 450 mm made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except the top surface, which is 15 mm thick , cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate/ cover plate on the top and underground for housing transformer, power cable and having one/two/ three nos holes as per site requirement on the periphery centre, 75 mm above bottom surface suitable to receive of 50 mm and 15mm dia GI/DWC HDPE/HDPE pipe as required. The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10x40 mm tapped inside near the hole (4" away from the hole centre) and having drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15mm dia GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 06 Nos. M10 tapped hole having centre to centre distance of 260mm to receive fittings/base plate and bolts, etc complete as required.

Installation of CI isolating transformer housing boxes with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630x630x100mm thick all round concrete of 1:2:4, 150mm thick top sloped with 1:2:4 cement including providing and fixing 300mm long 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe with check nut for drainage of water including excavation of soil and refilling, adjustment of CI boxes etc. complete as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of medium intensity LED type taxiway edge light fitting on the existing CI isolating transformer housing box including installation of isolating transformer, crimping/jointing of plug & receptacles, laying of secondary leads, connections, earthing etc. complete as required and includes supply of all materials excluding fixture, secondary lead, isolating transformer and plug & receptacles.

Laying one number 5 KV grade Airfield lighting cable of size single core 6 / 16 Sqmm, 2 Core 4 Sqmm secondary cable in the existing RCC/ HUME/ STONEWARE/ METAL/ HDPE/DWC pipe as required.

Laying of one number 5 KV grade Airfield lighting cable of size single core 6/16 Sqmm in the existing masonry duct as required.

Excavation of the trench in the hard rock not exceeding 1.5 metres in width, and lift upto 1.5 meters, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 mtrs.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess or in HDPE/metal pipe for loop earthing along with cable as required.

Upgradation and integration of existing Electro System make Airifeld lighting control and monitoring system (ALCMS) for newly added taxi-C lighting facilities including taxiway edge lights, guard lights, Signages etc complete with all required upgradation/enhancement of software and hardware for the units installed in ATC and CCR hall meeting ICAO/FAA.

Supply of 4C x 25 Sqmm, 1.1 KV grade, ARMOURED,XLPE insulated PVC sheated, FRLS, Aluminium conductor cable confirming to IS: 7098 part -I amended upto date.

Supply of 19 core, 2.5 Sqmm, 1100 V grade, PVC insulated and PVC sheated FRLS, multistrand bare copper conductor flexible control cable confirming to IS: 694 amended upto date.

Laying of one number 19 core, 2.5 Sqmm, 1100 V grade, PVC insulated and PVC sheated, FRLS control cable . in the existing masonry duct as required.

Supply of 3.5 Core x 240 Sq.mm size 1.1 kv grade, XLPE insulated and PVC inner sheathed, FRLS, Aluminium conductor armoured power cable conforming to IS: 7098(Part 1)1988/ IS: 7098 (Part 1) with up to date amendments etc. complete as required.

Supply of 3.5 Core x 150 Sq.mm size 1.1 kv grade, XLPE insulated and PVC inner sheathed, FRLS, Aluminium conductor armoured power cable conforming to IS: 7098(Part 1)1988/ IS: 7098 (Part 1) with up to date amendments etc. complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade size of above 185 Sqmm and up to 400 Sqmm cable in the existing RCC/ HUME/ STONEWARE/ METAL/ HDPE/DWC pipe as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade size of above 95 Sqmm and up to 185 Sqmm cable in the existing RCC/ HUME/ STONEWARE/ METAL/ HDPE/DWC pipe as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of Upto 35 sq. mm size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/DWCHDPE pipe as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.(i).4C X 25 sq. mm

Supply and fixing of 03 phase, 250A, TPN Aluminium bus bar LT Panel made of 2.00 mm thick CRCA Sheet and having double door with lockable arrangement, one no 200 A MCCB at input side and two nos 100A MCCB at ouptut​. Panel should also have provision of digital Ampere meter, Voltmeter, energy meter, indication lamp (R/Y/B/ON/OFF), four legs for installation etc. including making connection and fixing the panel in cement foundation etc. complete as required.

Supply of 200 Watt LED type out door lighting luminaire (flood light) ,with high pressure die cast aluminium/standard alloy housing, having uniform lighting distribution with luminare efficiency of more than 110 lumen per watt, CRI more than 70, THD less than 10%, IP 66 protection, with 5 Year warrenty on complete luminaire including driver/control gear & LED, more than 50,000 burning hours, as per technical specifications complete as required. Make/Model:- Bajaj/ GLEAM or Make/Model:- Havells/ JETA ADORN or equivalent.

Installation, testing and commissioning of inset type taxiway light by core cutting in the runway pavement, fixing the shallow base with dobefil and hardener, installation of isolating transformer, crimping/jointing of plug & receptacles, laying of secondary leads, connections, earthing etc. complete as required and includes supply of all materials excluding fixture, secondary lead, isolating transformer and plug & receptacles.

Kerfs cutting with machine in taxiway/runway of PQC/bituminous surface of suitable depth and width for 1 or 2 nos secondary lead along with earth cables and laying of secondary lead and earth cable by wrapping cotton tape i/c refilling the same by suitable sealing material (PIDILITE) etc. complete as required and as per instruction of EIC.

Numbering of GLF fittings with letters in yellow on black back ground as per inscription approved of Engineer in charge as required.
