Uprooting junds with back filling & Dressing .

Granular Sub-base (GSB) with well graded material (Table-400.1) by mixin place method Construction of granular sub-base by providing well grade material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grade on prepared surface, mixing by mixer in place method with rotavataor at OMC, and compecting with smooth wheel roller to achive the desired density as per MORD specification 401.

Water Bound Macadam Grading - 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. (SI.No. 405.2)

Water Bound Macadam Grading - 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. Brick Edging on both side of the road of M-150 bricks 7 cm wide 11 cm deep, laid with mud mortar including labour & supply of bricks finished to the required] template and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.00 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Cause (S.I.No- 502)

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 ussing bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20-0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bitumenous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.(S.I.No- 503)

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen VG-10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheele 80-100KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades complete all specified in Manual MORD technical specification clause 508 and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying seal coat by manual means with 80/100 grade bitumen sealing the voids in bitumens surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using type C as per technical Specification Clause 510.

Earth work in filling for repair of ruts, cuts, pote holes, depressions and strengthening of bank includiing lift up to 1.50 m and Lead beyond 30 m also with ramming, dressing and manual compaction of surface to the required levels and slope etc. Complete.

Providing and laying of hot applied rhermoplaslic compound 2.5 mm thick including refleclorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-2015 .The finished surface to.be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. Rates are inclusive of all taxes, royally, etc. all T&P/machine materiat and labour required forproper completion of work.
