CIVIL ESTIMATE

DISMANTLING WORK

Dismantling brick or stone masonry in lime or cement mortar above 3m. height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m

CIVIL WORK

Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches, column foundation, pit, etc in hard & Gravelly soil of beyond 1.5m depth of soil including moorum stony earth and earth mixed with boulders except sheet rock and boulders not requiring blasting including dressing of sides and levelling the bed up to the required depth and depositing the excavated materials away from the work site with initial lead of 50 mtr and all lifts, including shoring, shuttering & dewatering (if required) with cost of labour, labour cess, hire & running charges of all machineries, sundries & T&P required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and lying Plain Cement Concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation & floor using 40 mm & down grade black hard crusher broken granite stone metal, washed and screened sharp sand of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying the concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required thickness including cost of all materials, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties, cost of labours, T&P, hire & running charges of concrete mixer, etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in -charge. for ground level beyond 4.5m & upto 7.5m depth

Supplying and filling with sand in foundation and plinth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, well watered and compacted , top surface dressed and levelled to proper level and gradient including cost of all materials, conveyance,royalties, loading, unloading, cost of all labour, T&P, etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and carrying out diamond cutting in reinforced cement concrete (RCC) slab using high precision diamond wire saw / diamond blade cutting machine, including marking lines, cutting to required size and depth, making smooth edges, and removing the cut portion carefully without damaging the surrounding structure. The work includes all labor, machinery, tools, safety measures, scaffolding, and disposal of debris as directed by the engineer-in-charge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete

Providing and fixing chemical anchors in reinforced cement concrete (RCC) or masonry using approved high-strength chemical adhesive (epoxy / polyester resin), including drilling holes of required diameter and depth with rotary hammer drill, cleaning the holes using air blower and wire brush to remove dust, injecting chemical resin, inserting high tensile threaded rods / rebar of specified diameter, proper alignment, curing, and achieving required bond strength, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
