Description :Design, Supply of Variable Refrigerant Flow/Variable Refrigerant Volume modular type Outdo or units complete with hermetically sealed DC inverter scroll type compressor with BLDC Motors, heat exch anger/ condenser coil, microprocessor controller, etc.. VRF/VRV manufacturer must be OEM of its compress or which is fitted in the outdoor units. All proposed outdoor unit should have minimum COP at 100% & 50% load condition respectively for cooling as per AHRI condition. Capable of operation up to 52 degree ambien t. All compressor should be DC inverter scroll type only. The outdoor aluminum fins should be with corrosiv e resistance coating apart from Hydrophobic coating. The Configuration of Outdoor unit may be higher cap acity or equal capacity as per suitability of manufacture keeping interest of site condition. INDOOR UNIT (4 NOS) and OUTDOOR UNIT (4NOS). Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following capacity cust omized Indoor double skinned floor mounted DX refrigerant Air Handling Units (AHUs) with 25 mm thick PU F insulation, forward curved centrifugal blowers of suitable static etc. compatible with VRF outdoor unit. Th e cooling coil shall be of aluminum fins and seamless copper tubes and shall be 4-rows deep. The drive mo tor shall be of TEFC construction with suitable rating of VFD DRIVES for each indoor unit. The drain pan shal l be of stainless steel sheet inclusive of required drain pipe. The Pre-filters shall be HDPE non-woven fabric with an efficiency of 90% down to particle size of 20 microns particle size along with required accessories li ke expansion valve kit etc. Complete as required (16 TR/6400 cfm/50 mm TSP) (4 NOS ).Erection, Installatio n, Testing and Commissioning of Variable Refrigerant Flow/Variable Refrigerant Volume type Air-conditionin g Machines including supply and provision of Ancillary Components at site (4 NOS).
