Removing old semi hermatic compressor by pump downing the system and taking the compressor to service station and strip opening the compressor and replacing the defective parts like connecting rods, piston, piston ring, oil ring, bearing, pump end bearing, suction reads, discharge reads , crank shaft polishing and gasket set oil filter compete run test the system after duly overhauling and fixing the compressor back to positions.
Pressure test in with dry nitrogen and rectifying the leakages and hold the pressure for 48 hours.
Vaccumizing the system upto 500 microns and commissioning of system including checking and setting of all parameters for best performance of the units.
Supply and gas charing of refrigerant gas as per the requirement of the system
Supply and charging of Refrigerant oil as per the requirement
