M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for footpath / hard standing finishing surface of concrete even and rough without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder /PCC block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for square rubble masonry Secundearbad pattern , well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC type D2 1:4:8 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass Concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for flush pointing with CM 1:4 to random rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought upto course, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base and finishing surface of concrete even and rough to receive the topping layer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L chequered cement concrete tiles 300x300x25 mm thick with grey cement and pigment, machine pressed, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including 15 mm thick screed bed layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls, roof plater etc including raking out joints,hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 10mm thick on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1 : 6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls plastered or unplastered by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soots, moulds ,moss and efflorecent salts and treading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of cement based paint complete all as specified.

M & L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks 1:3:6 Type C1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide & n.exc 1.5m depth for foundaton etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard and dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 23 here-in-before but exc 1.5m and n.exc 3.00m in depth, complete all as specified and directed.

Bailing out water from manholes manually or mechanically & taking out foreign material and removing same from MD lands incl taking out manhole covers and replacing manhole covers in position on manholes of any size & depth complete all as directed.

Cleaning of septic tanks completely by emptying the liquid /semi solid foul contents, any depth mechanically as specified completely, cleaning the inlets /outlets etc incl disposal of soil/sludge ourside MD land complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The quantity actual measured at site shall be deducted 20% for bulkage of sludge.

Cleaning of drain pipes upto 150mm dia by rodding from manholes by mechanically or manually including well flushing with water and placing back manhole covers after cleaning complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of drain pipes upto 300mm dia by rodding from manholes by mechanically or manually including well flushing with water and placing back manhole covers after cleaning complete all as specified and directed.
