SPL REPAIR FOR REPLACEMENT OF CERTAIN DG SET PUMPSET AND AIR BLOWERS AGAINST BER UNDER GE SRIGANGANAGAR MIL STN

Disconnecting the DG set of capacity 200 KVA from the existing foundation and deposit on MES storeyard (within 5 Km) before installation, testing and commissioning of new DG set complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, install, commissioning and testing of 'Silent type' (accoustic enclosure type) Diesel Engine driven generating set of capacity 200 KVA, 415 volts, 3 Phase 4 wire, 0.8 power factor and 1500 RPM at NTP, electric start, directly coupled and mounted on common base frame with coupling of suitable size to water cooled diesel engine of rated power output 248 BHP as per IS: 10001/10002 and alternator as per IS: 13364 complete with foundation, AVM pads, control panel, fuel tank of suitable capacity with fuel lines of heavy duty MS-pipe duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and suitable battery of 12 volts, 180 AH 2 nos size fixed on angle iron frame with necessary meters and sound proof canopy as per latest Central Pollution Central Board (CPCB) norms and seperate bettery charging system of suitable capacity with all accessories, tool box and tools/spares as provided by the manufacturer including the following:-

Prime Mover :- Vertical diesel engine of suitable capacity water cooled (radiator mounted close circuit as per BS 649 or IS 10002 direct injection type). The DG set shall be capable of running 24 Hrs on full load. Engine shall be equipped with all standard fittings as per manufacturer's recommendation and mounted on common base frame with following:- (a) RPM cum hour meter. (b) Battery charging alternator with inbuilt regulator. (c) Ignition and starting keys with push button switch. (d) Lubricating oil pressure gauge, oil and water temperature gauges. (e) Suitable battery as recommended by manufaturer/ OEM with battery leads of suitable size of copper cable. (f) Self starter motor of suitable capacity. (g) PCC foundation for generating set as per recommendation of manufacturer. (h) Exhaust pipe (j) Exhaust silencer industrial type to maintain noise level. (k) Maintenance manual and part catalogue.

Alternator :- Alternator of rating 200 kVA, 3 phase 50 cycles per second, 415 volts, 4 wire AC supply 0.8 PF at NTP for running at 1500 RPM, copper winding with class 'H' insulation, self excited, self regulated, screen protected, brushless mounted on common base frame coupled with above engine. The alternator shall be confirming to BS 2613/IS-13364.

Fuel Tank :- Fuel tank of suitable capacity as per manufacturer's instructions suitable to store for 12 Hrs running of DG set mounted inside accoustic enclosure and including all fuel connection lines heavy duty MS pipe for fuel tank to DG set as per manufacturer design.

PCC Plateform :- Existing plateform will be used after rectifying certain damages of plateform during removal of old DG set as well as existing damages/worn out PCC/plaster. Guarantee :- The contractor shall submit test certificate & guarantee for three years from manufacturer for any manufacturing defects/service maintenance from the date of completion of work.

Notes :- (i) Contractor shall bear all cost for testing of DG set including providing all T&P, transport etc. (ii) 12 Hrs testing to be carried out by IEM or rep detailed by accepting officer while commission of DG Sets and contractor will intimate the same to department and POL for testing will be provided by contractor for 12 Hrs testing. (iii) If the testing fails then contractor will bear all the expenditures. (iv) Latest/revised BS and IS code shall be applicable for DG set. (v) The accepting officer, at his discretion, may detail his representative to witness the factory testing (routine tests as per IS) before dispatch from the manufacturer's factory. For this, the contractor shall give one month notice to the GE for consideration by AO and detailment of rep.

Supplying, Laying and testing in replacement of XLPE LT Cable of size 240 Sqmm, 3.5 core, 1100 Volt grade heavy duty with XLPE insulated, stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathening of PVC tape armoured with Galvanized steel strip and over all PVC Sheathed stranded conductor conforming to IS- 7098 (Part-I) with latest amendments laid in trenches/fixed to wall/pole/laid in floor including necessary connections and suitable size of thimbling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:-Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, brick protection, cutting of road and pipe shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate item of this Schedule.)

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth; or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundations of poles, struts, stays etc. or laying underground cable etc. in soft/loose soil, & getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge .

M & L for sand cushioning with dry coarse sand to under ground cable 23 cm thick, 8 cm thick below the cable and 15 cm thick after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Thickness after punning shall be considered for payment.

Supply and lay unreinforced ISI marked pre cast concrete cable cover class LV type I flat size 250 x 150 mm x 40mm all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter deep below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip 32x6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part I (2009) connecting to earthing test point and testing on completion with and including PCC pit in mix 1:3:6 type C1 with RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, 40mm thick cover reinforced with 6mm dia MS bars 3 Nos both ways with lifting book made out of 6mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and 20mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, common salt and charcoal filling, necessary excavation and earth work, and 40mm light grade protection pipe complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, installing, testing and commisioning water pumpset 75 HP, centrifugal, horizontal axially split volute type casing with two stage CI impellers and squirrel cage induction motor 415/440V, 50 Hz of capacity 75HP having discharge specification not less than 50 LPS at 60 meter head and 1400-1500 RPM complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for framed work as in pumpset foundation of angle iron, gates or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc conforming to Gde Fe. 290, Gde-E-165 complete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Bends. Tapers. Tee pieces (single & double branch) any type and angle/radius and straight connecting pieces but all ends flanged upto 150 mm bore pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, install, commissioning and testing Air blower coupled with TEFC type 25 HP 1450 rpm 3 phase 415 Volts 50Hz induction electric motor, discharge approx 600 m3/hr and discharge pressure approx 0.65 Kg/sqcm , rotary twin lobe blowers, IP 55 protected, discharge size 150mm, blower running @ 1445 RPM, design pressure approx 2.0 Kg/sqcm alongwith all accessories, mountings necessary MS foundation, fittings according to existing pipe layout complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Supply, install, commissioning and testing of air blower completed within 45 days from the date of commencement and the same is mentioned in BOQ note 02 on Page No 12 of tender documents.

Supply, installing, commisioning and testing centrifugal pumpset coupled with 15 HP 3 phase,IE2, 415 Volts induction motor, discharge approx 42 LPS @ 14 meter head, cast iron casing, carbon steel shaft, gland pack stufing box, end suction type alongwith all necessary MS foundation and fitting work as per existing size and layout of suction and discharge pipes complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installing, commisioning and testing centrifugal pumpset coupled with 12.5 HP 3 phase,IE2, 415 Volts induction motor, discharge approx 32 LPS @ 17 meter head, cast iron casing, carbon steel shaft, gland pack stufing box alongwith all necessary MS foundation and fitting work as per existing size and layout of suction and discharge pipes complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installing, testing and commisioning centrifugal pumpset coupled with 10 HP 3 phase,IE2, 415 Volts induction motor, discharge approx 27 LPS @ 17 meter head, cast iron casing, carbon steel shaft, gland pack stufing box alongwith all necessary MS foundation and fitting work as per existing size and layout of suction and discharge pipes complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
