COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF LIFTS INSTALLED AT TIGRIS MOUDE UNDER GE (U) P AND M DELHI CANTT-10

1. Comprehensive maintenance of installed lift in reliable safe and efficient operating condition through MOU with OEM by regularly examining, lubricating and adjusting the equipments and carry out planned maintenance in systematic and controlled manner suitable for serving Ground + 8 floors (total nine landings) with electric power operated doors, auto electric levelling device installed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Tigris Maude Block No 29,30,31,32,33,34 & 35 (08 passenger lift) = 07 Nos. Make - ThyssenKrupp (Period for ONE MONTH) 2. Tigris maude block No 29,30,31,32,33,34 & 35 (13 passenger lift) = 07 Nos. Make - ThyssenKrupp (Period for ONE MONTH ) Details of maintenance :- 1. Adjust all wire ropes and chains as after required to maintain an adequate factor of safety to equalize the tension on all hosting rope repair or replace conductor cables. 2. Machine, thrust bearing, Door drive, Bearing, Brake contact, linings, Landing look and Door Shoes and components are replace as and where required. 3. Controller , governor , levelling devices, camps, relays, solid state components, e.g. PCBs, transducers, resistors condenser ,contracts, lead, dashpots, timer devices etc are replace as and where required. 4. all mechanical parts are cleaning, greasing, oiling and refitting in lift as per monthly maintenance. Note : (i) The above maintenance shall be done through (OEM) Thyssen Krupp. (ii) Contractor will conclude Job with OEM and copy of the agreement will be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge and GE before commencement of Job. No payment will be made to contractor without submission of valid Job agreement.(iii) The above maintenance include complete maintenance of existing lift by regularly and systematically examining adjusting fabricating as required for smooth and efficient functioning of the equipment/lift. Cost of all spares including healthy ARD/UPS with battery system and maintenance items are deemed to be included in the above rates. (iv) Contractor to note that monthly service will not be paid for the building undergoing special repairs/ unoccupied buildings and no penalty shall be imposed upon contractor, or all as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. v) incase of any fault during the preriod OEM will immediately attend to the complaint on call basis for which rate in deemed to be included. vi) OEM will give warranty for parts changed for three months
