Hacking of Hollow block walls including cleaning for surface etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 10 mm -20 mm thickness plaster of Paris up to a height of 5 m above floor level, over Hollow block walling to make the surface level, filling of uneven surfaces etc all complete as per the direction of EIC.

Removal of enamel paint over existing wooden frames i/c rubbing, cleaning with machine grinder, making the surface for re painting/ polishing etc as per the direction of EIC.

Supplying and fixing Vanity Counter Rack below wash basin made of 19 mm green plywwod IS 710 with following details a) Outer size Length 2.10 m x Width 0.52 m x Height 0.48 m. b) Two open racks at one side and one open and one Drawer cubboard at right side. c) Openable cupboard Panelled shutter with First Class Teak timber of size 40 mm alongwith half round wooden beeding of size 15 mm d) Finishing works including and PU Polish wooden shutter etc all complete. e) Inside & Outside Area fully laminted with 1 mm thick MICA sheet. f) Finishing with all necessary SS Handles, screws & fittings etc all complete.

Providing and fixing 19 mm thick Green Plyboard IS 710 in main door including fixed in position with suitable screws/nails all complete as per the direction of EIC.

Superior class Teak wood cat-I A

Providing and fixing in position Natural Mat Finish wooden flooring of wooden strip size 1200 mm length x 120 mm width x 10 mm thickness of approved brand colour, texture and finish. The flooring shall be fixed with tongue and groove interlocking system, with underlayment of 4mm thick expanded polyethylene foam sheets including cutting , finishing all complete as per direction of the Engineer in-charge.

Providing and fixing in position Natural Mat Finish wooden skirting of height 120 mm and 10 mm thickness in approved colour, texture and finish, it shall be fixed with necessary SS screws including cutting , all complete as per direction of the Engineer in-charge.

Providing and fixing in position shower cubical partitions, the work consisting of 10 mm thick toughened glass fixed with swing door. The job include a PVC door seal on edge between fixed and swind door & wherever required to make the cubical water sealed. The Fixed portion to have SS patch fitting and handle with towel rod and glass hardwares as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
