Taking out the filter from Package type AC plant up to 8.5 TR to 22 TR, Cleanning condensing coil with suitable chemical and jet of water pressure with pump and remove all the scale and foreign material deposited in side the coil followed with air pressure to sweep up all the particles and ensure thorough flow of air over the cooling coil and refixing the air filter after cleaning, including testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing/ Rewinding indoor package unit Fan Motor of following capacity, opening the motor, cutting & removing old and burnt winding wire, rewinding the motor with new super enameled copper winding of size & discription to match with existing including insulating materials, varnishing, drying, replacement of both driven end & non driven end bearings and base plate, reassembling, refixing in same position & connecting including testing and commissioning complete all as specified & directed:-

Repair/Replacement of high pressure interconnecting refrigerant pipe of following sizes 19mm/13mm thick) closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber tubular insulation between indoor & outdoor units as per specifications.and PVC sleeves shall be provided wherever pipe is crossing the wall. Food grade nitrogen shall be used while making brazing joints complete all as specified and directed: -Make- Mandev/ Rajco/ Maxflow

Checking the interlocking control and attending the compaint of control panel wiring of AC plant and making it fully serviceable with and including all size of wires, thimble, PVC, bakelight, connection plate Nut bolt, MCB, Indicator Lamp, MO NC block and other items. Note 01:- After intimation of breakdown by JE/ AGE E/M through telephone or verbally, the contractor should arrange the machanic to attend the complaint in side BHDC premisis within 2 hours and make them functional, if any item required the same shall be measured from particular item from schedule for complete work. Note 02: If complaint intimation is done after 1600 hrs then complaint to be attented by contractor at 800 hrs next day. Note 03 : If contractor failer to attend complaint with in time frame, the recovery of Rs400/ Hrs will be implemented.

S&F in replacement, of MCCB 200 Amp, 3 pole thermal magnetic relese based with breaking capacity 36 KA, Ics = 100% Icu, with adjustable thermal magnetic setting alongwith spreader terminals (Thimble as per site requirement) and phase barries, taking down unserviceable one complete all as directed.
