Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out old U/S ACSR conductor of size 3 of 6/1 x 3.99 mm (Beaver) & 1 of 6/1 x 3.00mm (Ferret) out lived broken unserviceable including removing binding wire from insulators/jumpers complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling & taking out old existing unserviceable steel and iron items from poles such as cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections including nut & bolts, washers of any description and in any position from HT over head line poles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out of old existing insulator any type and size from poles complete all as specified and direc ted.

Excavation in trenches in soft & loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/pipes etc including removing cable protection PCC covers/ bricks & stacking serviceable covers / bricks for reuse and disposal of unserviceable covers min 150 mtr away from site complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation shall be done carefully in order to avoid damages to existing cables and protection covers.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of 25 cm thick after the cables are laid, jointed & tested complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand cushioning to underground cable, provided with a layer 8 cm before and 15 cm after laying & stretching, jointing and testing the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness of sand shall be measured for payment purpose.

Taking down old HT cable of any size and any discription and keeping in the safe custody for reuse complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying precast concrete cable cover of size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm, class HVP, Type-1 with peak complete all as specified and as direcetd.

Laying only precast concrete cable cover any size and type complete all as specified and as direcetd. Note :- 690 Nos of Cable cover will be issued under Sch-'B' free for fixing and remaining will be used from the usable cable cover obtained from Srl Item No. 2 above.

Removal of surplus excavated material exc 250 m but not exceeding 500 m distance and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

Laying, testing and commissioning XLPE cable of size 240 sqmm 3 core , insulated screened PVC bedded,galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty ) with stranded aluminum conductor, 11000 volts grade, including supply and fixing cable path indicators at distance of every 50 m duly marked with “MES HT Cable” all as specified and direcetd. Note :- Cable will be issued under schedule -B free for fixing.

Note :- Cable will be issued under schedule -B free for fixing.

Relaying HT under ground cable of size 120 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and direcetd. Note :- Cable obtained from Srl Item No. 7 above will be used for relaying.

Installation, Commissioning and testing HV Junction box panel board of KIOSK having bus bar size 50x6 mm AC, 50 Hz supply, outdoor cubical type, dust and vermin proof, pedestal mounting suitable shape and size as approved by GE for 3 phase 11000 Volts , AC , 50 Hz supply, Outdoor cubical type, dust and vermin proof, pedestal mounting type suitable for Outdoor applications having suitable size to accomodate 01 incoming and 03 outgoing cables ( max 240 sq mm 3 core ) with spacing as per IE rulecanopy on top, made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet with using 25mm x 25mm x 5mm angle iron frame and supports, duly finished with powder coated using two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer all over steel surfaces complete including locking arrangement and including PCC work for fixing panel all as per PS clause including bus bar of aluminium conductor suitable shape and size for 3 phase rating of 600 amps IP-54 Protection. Note :- Item will be issued under Sch-B free for fixing.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing of any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only Chain link fencing including line wires of any mesh size and type and of any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wires complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for checking and finding out pin point location of fault in existing HT XLPE 11 KV underground cable of size upto 240 Sqmm laid in trenches with the help of fault locating High Tech mobile machine complete all as directed. Note : Charges for rent and transportation of the fault locating high tech mobile machine including DG Set, necessary earth work for repair HT cable, testing of cable after repair, charges for operator, engineer, electricians etc deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Boring of holes under road/pavement/hard standing by mannual borring and including laying/ insertion of GI pipe of 80 mm/100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed. Note : GI pipe will be measured and paid seperately under respective item.
