M&L for Preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally cleaned surfaces with Air compresser to remove all loose dust for black top surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying paving bitumen evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5Kg per 10 Sqm for black top surface complete all as specified and directed.

Bituminous semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.50% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-30 grade laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with vibromax road roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting lines dashes, arrows letters etc on roads pavement by applying thermoplastic paint confirming to IS: 164-1981 (First revision Reaffirmed in 1986) (5 Kg/Sqm) with glass beads potters (250 gms) 2 mm to 2.5 mm thick and 10 cm/ 15 cm wide strips on bituminous road surface and road marking (by Hot Mechanical process with Road Marking Machine) including complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5kg per 10 sq metre complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Premix bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber of paving bitumen any penetration (consolidated thickness 40mm and binder content 4%) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair reflective road studs of size 100x120x20mm (minium weight 130 gms) most effective night guidance even under the most adverse weather conditions. Top quality, dynamically designed studs having excellent quality standards, can bear load upto 25 tonnes. The studs are visible and can also be heard and felt, due to the rumble when a vehicle crosses over them. Roads studs in different colour to delineate both the carriage way at the center and at the edges of roads made out of in rigid ABS plastic. The special material composition in ables the studs to bear severe impacts. The specific reflective panel of studs provides very high reflectively including epoxy, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs 75mm dia 900mm over all length powder coated metal tubular delinator, duly pasted with three coloured high intensity prismatic reflective tape. Embedded in PCC Block of size 30x30x30cm in cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm stone graded aggregate including necessary form work and earth work, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including demoltion of existing karb stone making drainage opening wherever required complete.

Demolition in cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm hickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L providing 100mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 60mm thick rubber moulded Machine pressed pre casted pressed cement concrete inter locking paver blocks glazed coloured up to 6mm on the top in any shape and size, strength not less than M-35 including 25mm thick sand cushioning inculding demolition of old paver block completed all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
