All as per item No 28 here in before but for 4 pole structure all as specified and as directed. Note for item No 28 to 29 :- This rate inclusive of painting all minor items such as clamps, brackets, nuts, bolts and washers which is not particularly mentioned in the structures & each job will be measured and paid.

M & L preparation of old painted surfaces of HT 11 KV substation Varunapuri consisting of RCC poles / ISMBs, cross arms, GOD pipe, clamps etc., having of any description and applying one coat of aluminium paint by manually (including structure) except PCC/RCC pole all as specified and as directed. The approx particulars are as under :- (a) Angle Iron cross support 75 x 75 x 6 mm - 80 RM (b) MS Flat 50 x 4 mm - 24 RM (c) Channels of size 75 x 75 x 6 mm - 220 RM (d) Channels of size 100 x 50 x 6 mm - 110 RM Notes :- (a) This rate inclusive of painting all minor items such as clamps, brackets, nuts, bolts and washers which is not particularly mentioned in this item. Note :- The contractor shall excavate the fault location and shall confirm the cable fault all as directed. Quoted rate deemed to be including charges for necessary T&P items, excavation & earthwork all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair strip type space heater 110 V, 40/60 watt approx 4"/6" in length complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for painting on surfaces of outdoor HT feeder pillar box by scrapping or with wire brush after preparing the surfaces by removing dust etc applying two coats of synthetic enamell paint over a coat of red oxide on the external surfaces of HT Feeder pillar box including writing "DANGER, HT 33 KV SUPPLY" all as specified and as directed.

Removing grass and bushes including its roots growing at Substation yard and keep the sub station yard neat and clean complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- one length shall be measured in six months.

Supply and fix in repair for mounting indoor type epoxy insulator with nut bolts suitable for 11 KV HT Supply complete all as specified and as directed

All as per Item No.45 here in before but suitable for 33 KV HT supply all as specified and as directed.

Repair and replacement of aluminium casting pole including lights with complete foundation and bolts with two holders consisting provision of LED bulb 15/20W of 3M height including PVC insulated twin core copper/ aluminium cable for connection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, Fixing and testing of metering & protection Current Transformer (CT) resin cast dry type indoor type of 11 KV capacity dual ratio 100-50/5 Amps, 15 VA burden class I accuracy for metering and 15 VA/5P-10 for protection including dismantling old existing CT all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Fixing and testing of metering & protection Potential Transformer (PT) resin cast dry type indoor type of 11 KV capacity ratio 11 KV/ 110 V, 200 VA burden including dismantling old existing PT all as specified and as directed.

M & L for overhauling, servicing and preventive maintenance of 33 KV VCB 7 Nos at Nofra Substation, 400/630 Amp outdoor type and controlling panel and indoor and including remote and manual operating panels after disconnecting the 33 KV including earthing the entire system properly and cleaning the isolating contacts, removing dust particles from bus bar chamber spout gear mechanism and moving parts, repair to motor charge spring mechanism including greasing of the moving parts, cleaning of the moving/stationary contact with CTC.Removing of moisture by means of hot air blower, renewal of gaskets, nuts/bolts etc entire trolly components and replacement of all unserviceable spares, providing the necessary packing material at incoming and outgoing cable entry, inserting in trolly, testing commissioning and putting on the supply on load complete all as required at site and as directed. Notes: (i) The spares required shall be measured and paid separately under respective items in schedule under item No 54. (ii) Unit rate include two preventive maintenance (interval of three months) during the contract period of contract and replacement of HRC fuse, AC and DC MCB of SP/DP at control circuit in each VCB as required at site to make system functional.

M&L for servicing of 11KV VCB at Nofra & Varunapuri substation, MAP Pahse 1, Kirti Enclave and P-404 dismantling cleaning greasing the complete VCB with attached numerical relays, bus bar etc insulation testing setting the contact gap by measuring as required reassembling the VCB and reinstalling back to its original position checking repairing the current circuit panel wiring ,relay testing and commissioning and provision of minor spares as required complete including operational testing and commissioning all as specified and directed.

M&L for primary injection test of 11 KV or 33 KV Potential transformer by applying low voltage on HV Side including testing of secondary wiring for its healthiness all as specified and as directed. Note for Item Nos.57 to 59:- Testing and calibration of Relays, CTs, PTs etc shall be carried through OEM approved agencies and Original test results shall be submitted in triplicate.

M&L for Mild steel cross arms, angles ,bracing supports ,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nut bolts washers welding bending cold or hot drilling hole for bolts in any shapes or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat and one finishing coat of silver paint all as specified and as directed.

M&L for ACSR Conductor as per required of side for LT/HT connection all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 3 m deep below the ground level with top edge of the plate n. less than 1.5 m below ground level and filling with cotton soil of volume 0.5 Cum brought from outside and Magnesium sulphate of 100 kg, salt of 100 kg and charcoal of 100 kg and connected to GI Strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts ,nuts ,checks nuts and washers of galvanized steel including necessary earth work and excavation in any strata and PCC 1:3:6 type C2 chamber and chamber RCC cover and light grade GI pipe 50 mm dia of required length for protection of GI strip and water funnel and wire mesh with GI pipe medium grade 20 mm dia etc complete all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I and as directed including connections and testing on completion all as specified and as directed. Dismantling of power transformer outdoor 33 KV of capacity 3.15 MVA including taking to civil auth repairing workshop after taking from pole/platform/store yard with help of T&P i.e- Crane & vehicles and removing top cover, taking out of core assembly, draining out of transformer oil ( keeping transformer oil in separate tanks), cleaning of tank of transformer strips/fins radiator, inspection of HT winding, taking out damaged/weak insulation and coils of HT if any, reassembling of transformer after replacing the corroded transformer strips/fins radiator 03 Nos, making necessary connections with HT bushes gear so as to bring the transformer into original shape, filling of transformer oil after dehumidifying , commissioning and testing complete including cork sheet a per existing MM thick and main nuts, bolts, washers, drain plug and other minor parts including placing on pole/platform or in MES store.
