REPAIR/MAINTAINANCE TO ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS AND SERVICE TRANSFORMERS AT MILITARY STATION TALBEHAT

Disconnecting of transformer 250 KVA, 11 KV/433 volts indoor /outdoor type of any make after unscrewing nuts /bolts screws and connected accessories such as breather, conservator tank, temp gauge including removing top cover taking out core assembly draining out of Transformer oil, cleaning of tank of transformer, strip inspection of HT/LT winding taking out damaged insulation and cooling HT/LT if any, reassembling of transformer after replacing the damaged coil making necessary connection with LT/HT bushes/Tap changing gear so as to bring Transformer in to original one, filling of transformer oil, commissioning and testing complete including cork sheet 15 mm thick and tightening nuts and bolts, washers, aligned drain plug and other minor parts for repair/replacement of defective accessories/defective parts(payment of defective parts to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately). Transportation of distribution Transformer to workshop for repair work and from workshop to back to the installation shall be contractors arrangement complete all as spfd and directed by EIC. NOTE:- The cost of defective parts to be replaced as required shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch 'A' .

Disconnecting of transformer 100 to 200 KVA, 11 KV/433 volts indoor /outdoor type of any make after unscrewing nuts /bolts screws and connected accessories such as breather, conservator tank, temp gauge including removing top cover taking out core assembly draining out of Transformer oil, cleaning of tank of transformer, strip inspection of HT/LT winding taking out damaged insulation and cooling HT/LT if any, reassembling of transformer after replacing the damaged coil making necessary connection with LT/HT bushes/Tap changing gear so as to bring Transformer in to original one, filling of transformer oil, commissioning and testing complete including cork sheet 15 mm thick and tightening nuts and bolts, washers, aligned drain plug and other minor parts for repair replacement of defective accessories/defective parts(payment of defective parts to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately). Transportation of distribution Transformer to workshop for repair work and from workshop to back to the installation shall be contractor’s arrangement complete all as spfd and directed by EIC. NOTE:- The cost of defective parts to be replaced as required shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch 'A'.

M&L for Rewinding in replacement of HT coil with super enamelled copper/aluminium winding cores of appropriate size and nos of turns along with insulating materials like latheroid paper insulations cotton, tape/empire tape, wooden block packing and PVC sleeves soldering and varnishing with insulating varnish heating drying complete.

M&L for Rewinding in replacement of LT coil with super enamelled copper/aluminium strip of appropriate size and nos of turns along with insulating materials like latheroid paper insulations cotton, tape/empire tape, wooden block packing and PVC sleeves soldering and varnishing with insulating varnish heating drying etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L in replacement of HT 11 KV bush suitable for indoor/outdoor type 100 KVA to 250 KVA transformer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of LT 0.433 KV bush suitable for indoor/outdoor type 100 KVA to 250 KVA transformer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of brass stud 1 set of 03, brass nuts, brass cup/washers and packing gasket suitable for HT 11 KV bush of indoor/outdoor type 100 to 250 KVA Transformer all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement for brass stud with brass nuts and washers for LT side suitable for Transformers 100 KVA to 250 KVA, indoor/outdoor including packing gasket complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for filling of Transformer oil as topping up to level of Transformer level indicator's mark having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV at 4 mm gap with confirming to IS-335 by heating up and after filtration.

On line dehydration/filtration of transformer oil with centrifuge machine of pole mounted or on platform mounted of any capacity as specified and directed by EIC. NOTE:- (i) Dielectric strength of Transformer oil should be not less than 60 KV at 4 mm Gap complete all specified and directed. (ii) Payment of new Transformer oil required for topping up at the time of dehydration and filtration shall be made separately. (iii) The test certificate before & after dehydration/filtration will be carried out by contractor.

M&L for spray painting outer surface of Transformer with two coat of synthetic enamel paint 1st quality after scraping removing dust and rusting, washing and cleaning of old paint outer surface of Transformer of capacity 100KVA to 250 KVA complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L in for replacement of transformer breather complete with silica gel for capacity 100 KVA to 250 KVA step down transformer all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of top gasket appx 15 mm thick suitable for step down transformer (11/.433 KV) up to capacity of 250 KVA Transformer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of off Tap changer coil suitable for 100 KVA to 250 KVA step down transformer complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L in replacement of temp gauge for 100 KVA to 250 KVA step down transformer complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Repair of APFC panel including with automatic on/off switch, wiring, CTs, contactor and testing complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L in replacement of APFC relays all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L in replacement of unserviceable capacitor TP 440 volts MPP-Heavy duty box type 5 KVAR complete all as specified and directed by EIC
