(12) Improvement to road erasama Nagarighat saline embankment from RD 3.750km to RD 4.60km near Sahadabedi

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300mm removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviciable material and stacking of serviciable materials to be used or auctioned up to a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness etc complete as per direction of the Er- In-Charge.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified materials with all leads and lifts up to 1000 mtr includng all cost of labour T&P machineries etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates to 75mm thickness with IRC grade-III maerial (53MM to 22.4MM)as per table -404 to WBM specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tones in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming using screened dust as binding materials to fill up the interstices of course aggregates watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MOSRT & H specifications for road & Bridge works (4th Revision) with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost conveyance, royalty cess and taxes of all materials etc including cost of labours T&P materials required for the work hire and running charges of machineries and quality control test complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Collecting Supplying and stacking at site for premeasurement and conveying from stacks spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific size to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed materials by tipper to site layng in uniform layers with paver in sub-base or base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specification for Road and Bridge work (4th Revision)

Providing and lapplying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surfaces and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MoSRTH specification for Road & Bridge works(4th Revision)

Cleaning the existing granular surfaces, including removal of binding and foregn materials with wire brushes & small picks sweeping with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags or compressed air to receive the bitumen tack coat etc. and applying Tack coat on road surfaces for binding road surraces with pre mix carpet @ 0.20kg/sqm(2.00kg/10sqm) bitumnes, including cost carriage, taxes of all materials etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providng and applying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregate of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen transported to site laid over a previsously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alingment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandam rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 504 as per MoSRTH Specification for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing and applying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregate of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work sitelaying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and aligmentand rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achive the desired compaction as per clause 508 as per MoSRTH Specification for Road & Bridge works(4th Revisioin)

Earth work in approved type of soil in borrow area by mechanical means & loading into and transportation vehicle & transportation of earth by mechanical means and unloading the earth over the approved surface of the embankment in propper profile with all leads lifts & delifts including rough dressing and breaking clods upto 5cm to 7 cm in size including removal of all foreign materials debrisess, grass, bushes, vegitations shrubs, roots from transported earth laying in layers not exceeding 22.5 cm in depth including ordinary compaction by PRR including including construction & maintenance of haul roads cost, hire & running charges of all machineries, T & P, cost of lubricants, Labour, carriage, Royalty, cess, Taxes etc. all complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(Payment will be made in level section)

Fine dressing of earth work in slope of embankment including filling of earth in rain cuts and slopes with selected earth at contractors own cost duly compacted and trimmed to the required profile and turfing with dub sods of rectangular shape of minimum 8 cm to 10 cm thick with cost, conveyance by manual means with 5 extra lead over the initial lead and one extra lift over the initial lifts and delifts, handling, rehandling charges cess to the site including mobilisation, demobilisation, supervision charges with cost of all other materials, approch road, diversion road, site illumination including watering the sods till survival of grass with all cost incidental to the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Mesurement will be taken after survival of grass)
