Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles single layers on roof surfaces from at height upto 15 meter, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud phuska in roofs, any thickness including plastering/pcc padding and leaping (where full thickness removed or only a part thereof), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour of cutting grooves in brick wall 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for roughening of roof surfaces by wire brushing and cleaning top surfaces of cement concrete, roof slab, including flashing and junction of parapets etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kg of cement per sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4) 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate for providing slope, roof kerbs or mud stops rounded or chamfered edges, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:3, laid on roof, mixed with water proofing compound when concrete is green, as per manufacturere instructions, complete all as specified and directed. (Note - Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately).

Supplying only liquid water proofing compound, ISI marked, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment on horizontal and vertical surfaces of APP based polymeric membrane of minimum 3 mm thick and minimum weight not less than 3.0 Kg/sqm, reinforced with polyster non woven fabric matt (weight not less than 150 gm/sqm), laid with torch application over roof surface with a coat of hot blown bitumen primer having density in range of 0.87 to 0.89 kg/litre at 25 degree centigrade and viscosity of 70 to 160 CPS, manufactured by same manufacturer @ 0.4 litre/Sqm and proving at bottom of membrane as bonding material and applying two coats of weather exterior emulsion paints in camouflanging pattern @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and and including priming coats of exterior primer of same make applied @0.9 litre/10Sqm as per new Sigma pattern by using 4 to 5 colour shades generated by station authority, complete all as per manufacturer's instructions, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for racking out joints/pointing to brick tiles and flush pointing with 1:3 cement mortar with water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for UV stable single component fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid applied waterproofing membrane having solid content of 55% formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibres and having sun reflectivity Index (SRI) of 106. The application of the material should be done in three coat (6 hr gap after each coat) on the substrate, applying first self priming coat at ratio of damp proof ultra and water 3:1 then 2 undiluted coat of damp proof ultra obtaining coverage @1 ltr/10 sqft in three coats. The vital physical and chemical parameters shall be as under. Min elongationat break of 350%, crack bridging ability of 2.5 mm @650 microns thickness, resists positive hydrostatic pressure of upto 10 bars. The material shall be applied with brush or roller, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engr-in charge/consultant. Also, proper surface preparation along with coving at corners is must. Note: (i) The work shall be executed by the authorized applicator of the manufacturer only. (ii) The authorized applicator of manufacturer shall be approved by GE. (iii) The colour of finish shall be decided by GE.

Demolition of brick or stone boulder masnory, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stonework and percast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Brick work with subclass B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 mtr mean redius, built in 1:4 cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan to any radius built in cement mortar 1:4 as in half brick thick wall, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone masonry Including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and smooth at height upto 15 m (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation new plastered surface of wall, concrete surface and applying two coats of all weather exterior emulsion paints in camouflaging pattren @1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coats of exterior primer of same make applied @0.9 litre/10 sqm as per new sigma pattern generated by station authority and RGB value variation from 110 to 171 by using 4 to 5 colour shades as per approved pattern at a height n.exc 25 mtr as per sample approved by GE, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: the % of the colour may change without any financial effect.

Material and labour for taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for refixing 15 mm bore old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) incl new GI fiitings as required, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 15 mm dia tubes medium grade galvanised with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for taking up or down 20 mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 150 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with and including flat iron (40 x 3 mm) for clamps, nut bolts including dismantling of old AC rain water pipe etc in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 150 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for disconnecting existing water tank of exc 250 ltr and not exc 500 ltr Capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for disconnecting existing water tank of exc 500 ltr and not exc 1000 ltr Capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of rotational moulded polyethylene 500 Ltrs Capacity water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position in SSR Part-I including ball brass valve, with polythelene float three layer external and internal white and fly nut complete screwed down for iron pipe of 20 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of rotational moulded polyethylene 1000 Ltrs Capacity water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position in SSR Part-I including ball brass valve, with polythelene float three layer external and internal white and fly nut complete screwed down for iron pipe of 20 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for removing vegetation growth / plants upto roots of any size at the junction of SWR pipe, roof, wall and parapets upto any height and making good the surface using CM (1:3), complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Quoted rate shall deemed to include cost of scaffolding or ladders etc required for approaching the desired place.

Material and labour for cleaning of leaves, dust, caked mud and other foreign material on the roof surfaces (upto 15 m height) and to make the roof surface good for easy clearing or rain water pipes including removal of debris outside MD land and making good the surface, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Quoted rate shall deemed to include cost of scaffolding or ladders etc required for approaching the desired place.
