(b) M&L for 15 mm thick plastering in cement mortar (1:4) finished even & smooth. (c) Preparing & cleaning of fully dried cement plastered surface. (d) Applying one coat of cold bituminous primer to the plastered surface @ 0.25 liters per sqm conforming IS-3384 (e) A layer of APP based polymeric membrane membrane 3mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.5 kg per sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gms/sqm) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specified above. Application of polymeric membrane shall be by torch application. The over lap shall be minimum 100 mm on transverse direction and 75 mm in longitudinal direction. (f) One coat of aluminium paint over the APP based membrane @ 0.11 Kg/Sqm Note :- Prior to execution of the APP Membrane works, leak proof test shall be done by ponding water on roof slab to minimum depth of 25 mm. The entire roof slab shall be flooded with water for 48 hours. The necessary barrier shall be made to make feasible to stagnate water for 48 hours on roof slab.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in two layers (10+5mm) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) top layer mixed with integral water proofing compound weight of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortor (1:3) on concrete surfaces as in ceilings (sunshed, chajja etc) and finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of external walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of internal walls, etc and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.
