NS-11 Providing waterproofing coating in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc. as follows:
Surface preparation-Wash the surface and remove all loose concrete, grease, oil using wire brush or by surface grinder. All critical areas such as joints, junctions, movement zones, penetrations drainage points and cracks are to be correctly sealed and detailed prior to waterproofing. All hairline cracks < 1mm should be cut and open up to 5mm width to fill with PMM.
Providing and applying angle fillet of 50 mm X 50mm on the right angles of wall junction floor junctions and properly dressed by preparing polymer modified mortar admixed with Pidicrete URP 10 % by weight of cement in the ratio of 1:3 etc., complete.
Sealing of pipe inserts, annular space, bore pack in the floor & walls.-The gaps around the Horizontal pipe inserts through the masonry / concrete wall should be sealed using double sided bituminous adhesive tape Bathseal, wrap around PVC/CI pipes and filling the grout gaps around the pipe and screed with non- shrink free flow grout. All concealed pipe lines grooves should be covered using cement, sand mortar mixed with polymer modified mortar admixer 10 % by weight of cement in the ratio of 1:3.
Providing and applying 2 coats of acrylic polymer modified cementitious coating having elongation at break 120%; 5 Bar resistance to positive water pressure, Adhesion Strength ASTM D 7234- 0.8 N/mm2, Water Vapor Transmission as per ASTM E96 of 0.7 Perms and Crack bridging ability as per EN 1062-7 up to 2mm. Apply two coats of Fastflex slurry @ 3 Kg per sqm. prepare the mix by adding pre packed powed content to liquid component in the mix ratio (1 part polymer & 1.4 part powder). Provide and lay 45 gsm glass fibre mesh over the angle fillet when the first coat in still wet. Allow the first coat to dry for 6 to 8 hours. Then, apply the second coat at a direction perpendicular to first coat. Extend coating over the masonry walls up to the complete height of tank & sprinkle the quartz sand / fine sand over the second and final coat when it is still wet on the vertical wall surface for creating a firm key for plastering to ensure complete waterproofing. Allow the coating to air cure for 5 days before conducting water ponding test fir 24 Hrs
Providing and laying 120gsm Geotextile over the entire horizontal area maintaining proper overlaps.
Horizontal protection: Providing and laying Screed M 20 grade minimum 50 mm Thick at drainage points. Screed to be mixed with integral compound conforming to IS 2645:2003, @ 200ml per bag of cement. Keeping the surface broomed.Rates to include Cutting Control joints and later filling joints with PU sealant,curing and testing for water tightness for 7 days etc. complete.
Vertical Protection: Providing & applying 15 mm THK protective plaster of C: M –1:4 admixed with integral waterproof compound conforming to IS 2645:2003, @ 220ml per bag of cement, over the waterproof coating for vertical protection.
NS-12 : Providing water proofing in roof area as follows:
Surface preparation-Wash the surface and remove all loose concrete, grease, oil using wire brush or by surface grinder. Waterproof coating on RCC mother slab: Providing & applying 2 components, solvent free, liquid applied elastomeric seamless hybrid Polyurea Polyurethane Membrane, using plural component airless spray equipment, to form a minimum system thickness of 1.5 mm in two alternative coats with a total consumption of 1.5-1.6 kg / m2. The membrane shall have 100% Solids, VOC Free, Tensile strength > 15 Mpa as per ASTM D 412, Elongation > 450% as per ASTM D 412, Static Crack bridging up to 2mm as per ASTM C 836, Shore A Hardness > 85 ASTM D 2240, Puncture Resistance > 1000 N as per ASTM E 154, Water Head Resistance > 7 Bar as per ASTM D 5385.The coating should pass Dynamic Crack Bridging as per EN 1062-7, Method B for 20,000 cycles at -20-degree temperature. Apply primer coat of epoxy primer by roller/ airless spray guideline and coverage @ 5-6 m2/ltr depends on porosity of concrete. Allow to cure for max 5-6 hours. Broadcast anti slip grains of 200-300 micron (dried sand) on wet primer at coverage of 0.8-1 kg/m2 and allow to come to touch dry condition before application of Membrane
NS-13 UV Protection Coat on the Hybrid Polyurea Treatment,
Providing and Applying 2 component pigmented a polyaspartic protective coating on the area treated with Hybrid Polyurea. On the deleterious materials- free surface applying 16 D Cipoxy Primer. Treating of construction joints:Grouting the porous slab area with non-shrink by Drilling holes and injecting cement slurry admix with shrink compensating plasticizing compound @ 225 gms/50kg bag of cement through the nozzles under mechanical pressure grouting pump, Fixing nozzles of 12mm dia with @ 500 mm c/c at an inclined angle over the surface of RCC/ beam/ etc. and along the construction joint line or where honeycombing is present in concrete structures or cracks are dormant/ as per the requirement.

Providing and fixing HDPE protection having dimple height of 6 to 8 mm, as a protection board, over the waterproofing membrane for vertical surface stuck to the membrane by spot bonding method, using synthetic adhesive with butt joints etc. complete.
Note-Necessary back filling to be done by the main civil contractor within 2-3 days time progressively after installation of the membrane and protection board , taking care not to cause damage to the waterproofing treatment .
NS-16 Providing and fixing of curved self supported secret fix standing roofing system in 0.9mm thick AA 3004 aluminium alloy. The general roof-construction shall comprise from bottom to top: (1) First Layer - Halters – Aluminium Halters/ – in grade 6082 (T6), of suitable height with thermal barrier pads to be fixed to the sub purlins with SS 304 screws only (2) Second layer – Aluminium 65/400 straight profile sheeting manufactured from aluminium self-supported standing seam roof system from aluminium alloy AA 3004 H44 (AlMn1Mg1) as specified in BS EN 1396: 2007 minimum material thickness of 0.9 mm and PVDF2 finish ( standard colours ) on the exposed surface. The profiled roof panel should have 24nos. of Micro ribs of height 1.5mm in between 3Nos of Mini ribs for extra strength Accessories, Fasteners.
The material properties shall be as follows: Ultimate tensile strength: minimum 200 N/mm2, 0.2% Proof Stress: min 185 N/mm2, Modulus of elasticity: 70,000 N/mm2. Sheets are to be laid to meet the requirements of the building geometry and fixed on Aluminium Halters. Halters to be fixed to the top hat/purlins with SS 304 screws All installation is to be carried out by approved trained roofing installer. The roofing system provider should have both Factory Mutual (FM-4471) & UL Certification (UL-90). The Roofing system provider should have Thomas Bell Wright International Consultants certificate against the testing done for Water leakage ( Static & Dynamic ) and Air Infiltration test as per ASTM E 283- 04,ASTM E330-02 (2010),ASTM E331-00, AAMA 501.1.05,AAMA 501.2-09 . All installation is to be carried out by approved trained roofing installer. The installation team shall be fully trained and approved by the supplier.
NS-17 Providing and fixing 24 gauge 8 mm size galvanized chicken wire mesh of approved width at junctions of concrete and brick work and other locations called for including necessary laps and U shape galvanized wire nails, complete as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.
NS-18 Providing weep poles with 110mm dia pvc pipes including M. S. wiremesh, filtermedia etc. all as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

NS-20 Providing and fixing minimun 120 min fire rating fire resistant door with following specifications
2 Hrs GI -Steel Fire Rated Door:Providing & fixing 45(± 2)mm thick fire rated single/double shutter door of Pure Polyester (UV Resistant Grade) Powder coated, 120 minutes Fire Rated (for Stability & Integrity) ,Galvanized (Zinc Coated) Steel Door and frame confirming to IS 3614 Part 2 & BS 476 part 22. The Door Shutter shall be made of 1.2mm thick steel pressed formed to provide a 45(+/-2) mm thick fully flush double skin door shell with lock seam joints at style edges or as per manufactures specifications. Prototype previously got tested and passed at GQMC Goverment Quality Marking Center or CBRI. The internal construction of the door to be phenolic resin impregnated specially designed honey comb craft paper with suitable internal reinforcement.
Suitable in the door shutter to receive the hardware to be fixed on the door with no visible fasteners. The doors with double shutters are to be provided with astragals on both sides & astragals to be fitted to the door without any fasteners. The shutter to be fixed with Fire Rated SS hinges 304 grade (size 100x75x3mm). Including the door frame (section size 143mrnx57mm) made from 1.6mm thick GI steel pressed to double rebate profile for better structural strength. Frames are to be fixed with fasteners. The gap between the frame & shutter should not exceed 3mm on all side except at the bottom where the gap can go upto a maximum of 7mm. The frame to be provided with 3 mm thick base plate and duly reinforced; pre-machined for receiving latch/lock arrangement & also for receiving hinges. The entire assembly to be pre-finished - factory finished heat ovened, powder coated, & made as per approved architectural drawings.The shutter shall be provided with Vision Panel with Clear fire rated glass with matching beading all around etc. complete as per approved architectural drawings & as per the direction of Engineer- ln charge.This includes preparation of shop drawings & getting it approved from Engineer-in charge. (Complete door shutter including frame shall be measured for payment. The rate Including all fittings, fixtures,hinges & vision panel etc.
The following 120 min fire rating fittings are to be provided in the doors.
a) Fire rated ball bearing hinges having 5 Knuckle, 2 bearing butt hinges size 4" x 3" x 3mm, (8nos in double door) i in SS 304 and m satin stainless steel including all fittings , fixtures & ,as per EN 1935 and CE Marked.The door hinges shall be suitable for door weights upto 120kgs.All complete as per directions of Engineer-in Charge.
b) External Trim with lever handle for fire and smoke check for 60mm thick door with provision for euro profile half cylinder. Silver finish & 5 pin Euro profile half cylinder with one side key operation standard length 42mm in satin nickle plated finish with 3 keys including optional master keying and grand master keying -NMK, including all fittings and fixtures. All complete as per directions of Engineer-in Charge.
c) Surface mounded door coordinator for double doors SR 390, G zinc plated for steel doors, non Handed as per EN 1158 and CE marked, Carry bar for double doors, zinc plated MK 396, as per EN 1158, CE marked. All complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
d) Mortise sash lock with Pair of Design Lever Handle on Roses & escutcheons. Including 27 la Sash lock with 72 mm CTC, 55mm Backset 20 mm Square forend. EPC 60 mm length one side key other side thumb turn operation including all fitting & fixtures.
e) Dorma rack and pinion door closer TS 89 F EN size 3-6, with standard arm with two independent closing valves and latching speed adjustable by arm. All adjustment screws face fixed with slide plate, silver finish, as per EN 1154 and CE marked for door widths upto 1400mm. All complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
f) Automatic door bottom seal from extruded silicon component, spring loaded to lift clear of the floor concealed in a 15mmx34mm groove, maximum gap 13mm of finish anodised satin clear of length upto 1200mm including all fittings and fixutres. All complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
g) Fire seal with EPDM open cell sponge around the door for fire and smoke protection, self adhesive and suitable for single/double shutter door. It shall be brown of size as per requirement in running meter, including all fittings and fixtures. All complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
h) A rigid PVC cased intumescent fire seal for use on fire door frames. Suitable for seeting into a mortice groove of 4xl0mm with self adhesive. Size as per requirement in running mtr. Brown (including all fitting & fixtures).
i) 6mm thick fire rated glass for vision panel (200mm x 300mm) in doors including all fittings and fixtures as per approved architectural drawings and complete as per the directions of Engineer -in-charge.

NS-56 Supply,Installation, Testing and Commissioning of advance chemical gel earthing system for the proper dissipation of fault / leakage current to the ground and ensure the continuous electrical connectivity and proper functioning to the electrical system. The earth rod shall be of UL listed & CPRI tested 3 meter long 17.2 mm dia 250 microns copper bonded steel rod with the connecting clamp (ss - rod to tape). The UL listed copper bonded rod also should be tested & ceritifed from CPRI for a short circuit current of 46 KA or more. The UL listing shall be punched / engraved on the rod for the physical verification at site. The engravings shall contain the following details - UL Control number, Dimension details of the rod, Product model number & UL certificate reference number as per detailed technical specification attached. To ensure the electrical conductivity, 50 Kgs (per pit) or more resistance grounding minerals per earth pit / earth rod shall be used along with the copper bonded rod. As per IEEE 80-2013 (Clause 14.5 d), the grounding minerals shall be tested & certified for the resistivity of less than 0.12 ohm-mtr. The grounding minerals should be ROHS certified to ensure it does not pollute the ground water as per technical specification attached.

The Bus bars will be Copper purity 99.9% / electrolytic grade E91 Aluminium duly sleeved with Helogen Free heat shrink coloured Insulated tube confirming to IEC 60684-3-247 Standard. The powder coating (70-80micron as per IS:13871 for indoor and 100-120 micron for outdoor), include one size higher terminal block in cable alley and interconnecting wires between bus bars and terminals via MCB.

The Manufacturer must visit the site before submitting GA drawings and submit a report consisting following:
Possible height for Panel.
Possible width for Panel
Back access will be possible or not.
Cable entry will be from top or bottom.
If entry from bottom whether MS. Stand is required or not.
If the panel is wall mounted whether the wall is available or not.
Path for movement of transportation of panel is possible or not i.e length, width etc. and the transportation sections shall be designed accordingly.
Sufficient space available at front & back after door opening.
Sufficient height available above panel for cable drop.
Actual floor to floor height for rising mains.
Also, refer to General Notes and Specifications for Panels/ Boards.
All Panels shall be considered Indoor type unless specified.
The degree of protection for all indoor type panels shall be of IP:52 ("5" Indicates Dust Protected limited ingress of dust permitted. Will not interefere with operation of the equipment and "2" indicates protection against vertically falling drops of water with enclosure tilted upto 15 deg from vertical.) and all outdoor type panels shall be of IP:55 ("5" indicates Dust Protected limited ingress of dust permitted. Will not interefere with operation of the equipment and "5" indicates protection against jets of water)
Provide thermostat controlled panel mounted heavy duty exhaust fan in each Vertical for all Main L.T Panel and Capacitor Panels. For all other panels a proper ventilation louvers shall be provided.
Fully automtic control thermotate with strip heater shall be provide in each Bus-Bar alley and relay compartments to control the humidity
Contractor shall submit a set of handing over document consisting operational and maintenance manuals, installation guidelines of all product's along with data sheets come with product, GA drawings with wiring diagram and product part code etc. shall be arranged and also place a laminated copy in a pocket inside the respective panel body.
If mentioned fault rating of bus-bar and circuit breaker is unavailable consider next available upside rating
Mimic diagram shall be provided on all panels.
It is recommonded that only one make of switchgear to be used in a board / Panel.
All live accessible parts shall be shrouded and all equipment shall be finger touch proof. SMC shrouds busbar supports shall be used. Padlocking facility shall be provided on all MCCB feeders doors and switch handles shall be locakble in OFF position.

All incoming/outgoing MCB shall be mounted on din channel inside closed chambers shall have Acrylic sheet infront and front door should be a glass for see thru.
In Meter boards all copper flexible wiring shall be provied with suitable copper lugs and ferruling at both ends and earthing shall be provided for individual meter with 2.5sqmm green insulated wire.

NS-90 Tube Axial Flow fans
Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning of AMCA Certified (For Air and Sound Performance) tube axial flow fan of following capacity in standard M.S.contruction. Entire fan model & AMCA Seal shall apear in techncial submittal of fan. All the fans are synthetic enamelled painted/hot dip galvanized with minimum 220 GSM Zinc Coating and complete with bird screen at inlet and fire retardent flexible connections at inlet/outlet. The electric motor coupler shall be squirrel cage induction motor (IE-2 type) confirming to IS - 325-IP - 55 with class `F' insulation. Fan efficiency should not be less than 70 %, noise level should not be more than 85 db @ 3 m distance when measured in hemisperical reverberant room conditions. NS-91 Fan Panel
Design, fabrication, assembling, wiring, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following LT panels fabricated out of 14 guage CRCA sheet steel in cubical formationwith reinforecment of suitable size angle iron and channel T iron flats. All steel material used in the construction of panels shall be powder coated. A solid busbar shall be provided at the bottom of the panel with two connecting eyes for termination. The boards shall be suitable for 415 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase , 4 wire supply system. All the hardware used in the fabrication of the panel shall be galvanized with zinc passivation. The panel shall be compartmentalized to accommodate one feeder in each compartment. A vertcal cable alley of suitable width shall be provided to serve on or two vertical feeder sections. Also the opening between the busbar chamber and the feeder section shall be shrouded with bakelite / hylam sheet with min.3 mm thickness.
The panel drawing shall be approved before taking up the fabrication and compitable BMS if in future required.
In All panel Each starter should have remote control and interlocking facilities including auto manual switch, NO/NC contacts for control and must have auto manual operation suitable to take signal from fire alarm panel for automatic operation of fan in case of fire. All smoke /vent. fan panel the starters shall have suitable facility to operate with fire sensing control modules.
