Provision of HVLS fan in Arrival and Departure Area at Bagdogra Airport.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning (SITC) of HVLS Fan of 24 ft. dia with 5/6 Nos High Grade Aluminium Alloy Blades with good tensile strength ,Coverage area 1500 sqmtr, IP-65 (Min) Class F/H insulated gearless Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor ( PMSM) of rating 1.5 HP (Max) Capacity , Wall Monted IP-54 starter/controller panel with features to control/vary speed , Digital VFD Controller with protection against overvoltage , overcurrent , under voltage ,high temperature etc. , having Antifall Protection of suitable strength, suitable to operate in 3 Phase 415 Volt (-+ 10 %) , complete as per technical specifications attached.

Supply of 4c x 16 sq. mm XLPE insulated and PVC Sheathed, Aluminium Conductor (armoured) industrial cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS 7098 (Part 1),1988 with up to date amendments. (The outer sheath shall be FRLS)

Supply of following sizes of PVC insulated and FRLSH sheathed, copper conductor un-armoured Power Cable of 1.1KV grade, confirming to IS 694:2010 with up to date amendments and confirming to technical specifications.

Supply and fixing of 20 mm Dia size medium class PVC conduit [ISI Marked ] along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Drawing follwing sizes of multicore un-armoured copper conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade in the existing surface/recessed steel/pvc conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing of following ways surface/ recess mounting, vertical type, 415 V, TPN MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 200 A tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCBs (but without MCBs and incomer) as required . (Note : Vertical type MCB TPDB is normally used where 3 phase outlets are required.) 8 Way (4+24), Double Door

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Up-to 35 sq. mm (Clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 4c x 16 Sq.mm

Design, Fabrication,Supply and installation of 3 Nos " I " Beam [ Indian Standard Narrow Parallel Flange Beam , Ref IS 808:2021, Designation NPB 300 X 150 x T=10.7 or Lower designation as per design ] structure each of length upto 12 Mts in between existing structural columns of High Ceiling area suitable for installation upto 1 Nos HVLS Fan as per site requirement. Design shall be prepared based on Dynamic Weight of Fan Unit along with mounting acessories [As Per BOQ Item 1] considering factor of safety as 2 times and duly vetted through Govt. Institution such as IIT/NIT/REC/ Govt Engg Institutions , complete as per site requirement and as instructed by EIC.
