Replacement of Roller Journal assembly. (One RJ assy makes one Job).

Changing trunnion position of RJ assembly. (One trunnion of one mill makes one Job).

Replacement of worn out grinding roll with new /healthy one, including servicing RJ assembly.

Overhauling of pressure spring assembly (One spring assy of any mill shall be considered as one qty.)

Dismantling of bowl hub from mill gear box housing and then making arrangement for the lifting up of bowl hub to decouple the bowl hub from gear box housing.

Removal and shifting of mill gear box from its base to take it out side in maintenance way.

Dismantling of gear box and removal of vertical shaft from mill gear box.

Dismantling of worm gear from its hub.

Replacement of all bearing of vertical shaft assembly with new one. (Upper Radial bearing, thrust bearing and lower radial bearing).

Assemble the New/Repaired worm gear on its hub by proper heating arrangement.

Shifting of assembled mill gear box on its base from maintenance way.

Shift the Bowl hub to its original position and matched with the gear box top. Couple the Bowl hub with Gear box and tighten all the bolts fully.

Assembling of Bowl hub cover of mill and install the liner with mill plate of thickness-12 to 16 mm of air port assembly after the fitment of bowl at their original position.
