Surface excavation n. exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm and getting in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Hard core, of broken stone aggregate/ boulders to gauge n exc 63 mm , spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 thick watered and well rammed to true surfaces as required complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified.

M & L roughening surface of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove duct etc complete all as specified.

M & L 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 typeB-1 with using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in subbase and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing erviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M & L screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified.

M&L for Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall/stone wall, ceilings etc, racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing with water completely complete all as specified.

M & L Glazed ceramic tiles coloured (350x200x7mm/ 450x300x7mm) for works on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dados of economy class B-III conforming to IS-13712 etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3, as in backing layer without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L 75mm thick PCC type C-2, (1:3:6) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring.

M&L 40mm thick PCC type B-1, (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate Finished even & smooth using extra cement.

M&L PCC in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic & other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, as directed type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded aggregate.

M&L for preparation of steel and iron new surfaces exceeding 10 cms width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n.exc 1.5mtr wide and n.exc 1.5mtr deep for laying of cable and getting out old UNSV cable from trenches and for foundation, etc or n. exc 10 sqm on plan and n. exc 1.5 m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in any typ of soil complete all as specified.

All as per Srl No 23 here-in-before but depth exceeding 1.5 metre but not exceeding 3.0 metre complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each in soft/loose soil complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material & Labour PCC 1:3:6 type C1 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.
