Complete gas charging for 3.5 TR single circuit of 7.0TR package AC unit with R-22 refrigerant including nitrogen pressure testing, leak testing with halide torch, arresting leakages, vacuumisation etc., as required.
Supplying and fixing of the following accessories/ components for the exisiting 7TR PAC units including removing of faulty items, fixing of new components, testing etc., as required. (a) Rewinding of out door fan motors
(b) Relief valve
(c) Time delay timer.
(d) Condenser unit fan blade (Aluminum)
(e) 32A 3pole contactor 3phase 415volts operated.
(f) Gas topup in the 3.5TR single circuit with R22 refrigerant.
Replacement of 3.5TR scroll type compressor suitable for operation on 3phase 415V, 50Hz, AC supply Model No. KCG554
General servicing of the package units, removing the filters, cleaning of the external filters, jet cleaning of the evoprator coil, cleaning of the out door condenser unit with water jet, checking of all the control circuit, checking of the opertion buttons, display, indication bulbs in the indoor unit etc.,
