BUILDINGS WORKS INCLUDING CIVIL, STRUCTURAL, ARCHITECTURAL, ELECTRICAL WORKS, HVAC, CLEAN AGENT SYSTEM FOR SUBSTATIONS AND SRR BUILDINGS

The scope of building works includes complete architectural, civil, structural, electrical, HVAC and Clean agent systems for Substation and SRR units included in the tender, as per detailed scope of work, construction drawings, standards, specifications, schedule of quantities/ rates, contract provisions and as directed by Engineer-In- Charge at site. The scope also includes supply and provision of materials, labour, tools, tackles etc., assistance for obtaining approvals from statutory or other Authorities, co-ordination with other Contractors and agencies, Owner, Project Management Consultant (PMC) etc For Detailed Scope, refer Tender document (Annexure I of SCC (PART A and Technical specifications PART II)
