Sch 'A' PART-IV (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS) Notes: (i) This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the pre-priced rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under column 5 signifies this fact only. (ii) Excavation and earth work except for the items which categorically includes for same shall be measured and paid separately under respective schedule.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Supply and laying of 150 mm bore ductile iron pipe of Class K-9 with internal cement mortar linning and external zinc pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and testing of 80 mm dia cast iron air release valve with two air outlet and fixing in DI water supply pipe line complete including all necessary items cutting, drilling inserting tee, nuts, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of valve chamber of size 120 x 120 x 100 cm(internal dimensions) with the following specifications:-

(i) 150 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of concrete. (ii) 200 mm thick precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6. (iii) Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 finished even and fair. (iv) PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded dtone aggregate as in coping. (v) 3 mm thick MS sheet cover alongwith MS angle iron frame 40x40x6 mm duly embedded in coping concrete with necessary locking arrenement. (vi) Painting MS sheet cover and frame with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. Note:- Excavation, earthwork, RFR and removal, site clearance etc complete all are deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Cutting the existing PCC / bituminous raod of any description to a size not exc 60cm wide x 60cm deep for crossing of road by pipe including returning , ramming and making top 100 thick surface good with PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of DI water mains raising pipeline 350 mm in existing position for brance connection including DI Tee of size 350mm x 350mm x 150mm rubber coupling, nuts, bolts of suitable size including necessary acessories complete all as specified and directed. Note :- DI Tee, excavation and earthwork shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates.
