Engagement of personnel for E.I. Maintenance Hydro mechanical gate work of Sub- Division office building, office campus,Residential quarter of Howrah Drainage Sub- Division with operation & running maintenance of 8 vented (Eight) nazirgunj Sluice gate under EE-I/ lower Damodar Construction Division at Nazirgunj comprising the maintenance of FASD statrter panel, mainpanel, P.B.D.B B.D.Bs switches, tube light fittings, celing fans and call bells including earthing, making addition and alternation and changing of electrical equipment etc. if any as per direction of E.I.C. (Nazirgang)

Engagement of 01(One ) no Electrician, 1 Man. X365 days = 365Manday. (Contractor should arrange his own tools and tackles for the job. Labour rates are inclusive of GST, Cess, ESI, EPF, Bonus, CP & OH T & P charges)

Engagement of 02 (Two) no Helper for Electrician /day, 1 nos helper x 2 shift, 365 days = 700 mandays.

Additional manpower for operation gate 1 no helper electrician during drainage period from 01.07.26 to 15.11.2026 (July to November '25 ) = 45 day x 1 no helper=45 manday asper direction of EIC (Rates are inclusive of Basic rate, 2% O.H T &P and 10% C.P)

Engagement of Mechanical working personal for Hydromechanical sluice gate Maintenance( seasonal & emergency ) and manual operation of Flap shutter as and when require of 8 vented (Eight) nazirgunj Sluice gate under EE-I/ lower Damodar Construction Division at Nazirgunj comprising premonsoon oiling ,greasing , checking all mechanical parts like gear, winch , roap drum all nuts & bolts, change & adjust all system upto satisfactory performance , materials supplied by the department.

Engagement of 01(One) no Mechanic, 1 Man. X12 days = 12 mandays for premonsoon servicing + additional 12 mandays for emergency break down servicing as require as per instruction of EIC.[Total = 12+12mandays = 24 Mandays] (Rates are inclusive of Basic rate, 2% O.H and 10% C.P) (Contractor should arrange his own tools and tackles for the job.

Engagement of 01(One) no Helper Mechanic/ day,1 Man. X 12 days = 12mandays for premonsoon servicing . + additional 12 mandays for emergency break down servicing as require as per instruction of EIC.[Total =12+12 Mandays = 24 Mandays]. (Rates are inclusive of Basic rate, 2% O.H and 10% C.P) (Contractor should arrange his own tools and tackles for the job.

Additional manpower for Manually Operation and cleaning of Flap shutter as required through out the year (drainage & irrigation period ) with in AMC by engaging 1 no Mazdoor (male) x 48 days= 48 Mandays (Rates are inclusive of Basic rate, 2% O.H and 10% C.P)as per direction of EIC.

Engagement of Electrical working personal for Hydromechanical sluice gate operation and Maintenance and manual operation of Flap shutter as and when require of 4 vented ( Four ) Sarenga Sluice gate under EE-I/ lower Damodar Construction Division at Sarenga over Borojola Khal comprising operatiion and maintenance starter panel, motor , and alllied all electrical installation , lights etc throughout the year. (Sarenga)

Engagement of 01(One) no Electrician, 1 Man X 336 days = 336 Mandays. (Contractor should arrange his own tools and tackles for the job. Labour rates are inclusive of GST, Cess, ESI, EPF, Bonus, CP & OH T & P charges).

Engagement of 01(Two) no Helper for Electrician/ 2 shif /day, 2 shift x 1 nos helper x 365 days = 700 mandays.

Additional manpower for operation of gates and Flap during drainage & irrigation period (from 01.07.26 to 31.03.27) 10days (1 no helper x 10 day = 10 Mandays). as per direction of EIC. (Rates are inclusive of Basic rate, 2% O.H T &P and 10% C.P)
