Steel work welded in built up sections trusses & framed work, including cutting hoisting and fixing and launching in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in in beams, joists, channels, tees flats with connecting plates or angle cleats in main and cross beams, hip jack rafters purlins connected to common rafters and the like including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing corrugated 0.63 mm (Zero point sixty three millimetre) thick G.I. sheet roofing fixed with galvanised iron "J" or "L" hooks bolts and nuts 8mm( eight millimetre) diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead complete excluding the cost of purlins, refters and trusses including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting one coat ( excluding priming coat ) on previously painted steel & other metal surfaces with readymixed paint, brushing oil ,grease to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust & other foreign matters with ready mixed paint other than white as per HPPWD specification 1990 Volume-I ( one )including carriage of all labour equipment & materials to various location through all leads,lifts & other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra for every subsequent finishing coat of paint with readymixed paint other then white including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Painting one coat ( excluding priming coat ) on previously painted wood and wood based surfaces with readymixed paint, brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust & other foreign matter sand papering and stopping with readymixed paint white as per HPPWD specification 1990 Volume-I ( one )including carriage of all labour equipment & materials to various location through all leads,lifts & other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra for every subsequent finishing coat of paint with readymixed paint white including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth complete.including carriage of materials through all modes of ransportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Repair to plaster in patches of 2.50 square metre and under and 10 to 15mm( Ten millimetre to fifteen millimetre) thick including cutting the patch in proper shape and replastering the surface of the wall including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within a lead of 20 metres (Twenty) with cement mortar 1:4 ( One cement :four sand) including carriage of materials through all modes of ransportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge
