Advance patch work for making up the undulation in the existing BT surface to an average thickness of 50mm using 45mm IRC size HBG metal with 44kg of bitumen- for 1cum of metal mixed in hot mix plant laying at site

Advance patch work for making up the undulation in the existing BT surface to an average thickness of 25mm using 13.20mm IRC size HBG metal with 44kg of bitumen- for 1cum of metal mixed in hot mix plant laying at site

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Applying Primer coat over the BT surface using with 7.00 Kg -Emulsion bitumen binder 7.00 kg/10 Sq.M., Including cost & conveyance of all Materials and all Labour charges

Applying Tack coat over the BT surface using with 7.00 Kg -Emulsion bitumen binder 7.00 kg/10 Sq.M., Including cost & conveyance of all Materials and all Labour charges

Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 40mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Rev-5

Filling gravel for shoulders and berms including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and stacking them to departmental guage for premeasurements and labour charges for filling etc., complete

Providing and Laying of Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound 2.50mm Thick including Reflectorising Glass Beads as per IRC 35 etc complete as per MORT & H Specifications No. 803
